We then presented her with the company service book for billing and my husband told her the mileage and said I don't want your book and I could care less about your mileage. We actually laughed like is she for real?!?? She was just bitter and completely rude all the way around so we left! NEVER been treated so poorly, my husband our company and fleet uses Take 5 for routine oil changes and maintenance. Not anymore, sent out an email to the traveling employees that they must not want our money anymore. Get some people skills Shannon because your lack of that cost you some customers! On a great note went down the road to Grease Monkey and everything was top notch!!!! Thanks Shannon we found a different business to have the fleet of 500 plus vehicles to use!

Went by to air up truck tires and saw a screw in one tire. Mavis advised against plugging it,…read moresaying it probably wouldn't hold. We asked for plug anyway and they were right it didn't hold. Pressure was pushing it out by the next day and we barely made it back. The folks at Mavis always go the extra mile for us and have always been there when we needed them.

The only reason why I checked a star is because there is not nothing for zero star…read more Let's get one thing straight the only reason why we had to return so many times is because the extended warranty company sent use here and the warranty on the parts & lab wouldn't be covered if we went somewhere else. Unfortunately, this is the third time we had to take our car here due to the same problem accruing. The first time they changed the turbo on car, we had to return after 3 days due to them putting the turbo in backwards. The second time is they said the turbo was compatible with the fuel pump and the turbo was bad, so they changed both. On March the 16, 2026 we had the car towed due to the same issue. Here is where it gets really interesting. They then told us they didn't have the proper tools to change, and we would need to have to go to another company. So, we had to have towed to another shop 1/2 mile down the road (another tow expense). This shop told us they couldn't fix the turbo due to not having the right equipment. And they said it needed to go to the dealership. So, it was towed again to Kia 1 1/2 miles down the road (another tow expense). Kia told us that it needed a new motor and turbo (again). But it was to be sent back to Firestone for them to change turbo before replacing the motor. Long story short it went back to firestone and since they couldn't change the motor we had to get it 2 hours away to another shop. Finaly, we get it from the shop that replaced the motor. Due to the warranty on the turbo, we had to get it yes back to Firestone. After all this time on May 22, 2026, we were told the turbo was in at Firestone and they guaranteed it would be ready Saturday on the 23rd. My husband & I made sure to have the car before they opened on the 23rd. They told us they will call when complete. after back-and-forth Monday comes rolling around and Chis the manager said they didn't even have the turbo yet. Imagine our frustration again. So, after getting the run around I called corporate. After that we finally got the car back June 1st.

I went in last night, priced some tires, and checked to make sure they had them there. The girl…read moreleft the counter and returned to report, "yes, we have them". Saisfied, I made an appointment for 7:00 this morning - first in line. I arrived before they opened, 4 other cars were in line. My car was checked in, and I was informed they did not had the tires they promised. They also did not have the next upgrade to those tires. They did have the next grade down and those were cheaper, so I picked those. There were only two people working in the shop this morning and both of them worked on my car, much to the displeasure of the other customers waiting for oil changes, etc... I am satisfied that they worked on my car first and see that the shop in very understaffed. It does not inspire my confidence in this particular shop, and while the work was ok, the service was poor. If I am asked, I will probably not recommend this shop with so many other cboices In town.
