So I have gone here probably three times. Then the new Walmart came in and I figured, hey I'll give them a chance. Bad idea. Walmart said that the tires were on too tight and they couldn't rotate them. But it turns out they were just too lazy to do it so that's what they say. Anyway I didn't know this tidbit about Walmart. So we just forgot about the tires until we got a flat. So we tried everything to get this tire off and because we are stupid we stripped a bolt. Anyway like 80 dollars in tools later, some that we broke we were so discouraged and frustrated. So I call Grease Monkey and basically ask them what I should do, it was too tight for Walmart and too tight for us. So they were sooo nice and Chris (the guy with the sweet mohawk) came over and was going to try to loosen it but realized we stripped it. Anyway so he takes me to Autozone to pick up this flat tire stuff and tells them to give me his discount. Then he fills up my tire (which was pretty amazing. Then he drove my car over to Claire and Dee's to get my tire fixed because I didn't want to drive! He seriously saved us and I will never go anywhere else to get anything done ever again! My experience was a positive one. With prompt service with friendly faces, Grease Monkey is known for their legendary " pit crew". I felt like my car was receiving service in the Indy 500. since I was the first customer, all members of the pit were attentive to my car to get it done in time. They had oil change, transmission fluid and headlight restored in 15 minutes! Complimentary soda and popcorn are included in the waiting room! I even meandered into the pit itself as they were working on my headlight and felt very welcome as they explained the process and what they were doing. I am from out of town and needed an oil change to make my trip home. I saw this place driving through town and figured it was as good as any. When I pulled in we were greeted immediately and the service just kept getting better. Every employee that we saw was very friendly! It was the BEST auto service experience I have ever had!! Very quick....in and out just under 30 minutes. They vacuumed the interior and washed the windows as part of there service. If I lived locally I would use this place for all my small service needs. I really enjoy coming here. The mechanics are respectful very professional. They really respect my time here. I really respect these guys because they are honest and transparent about my vehicle. They don't try to waste my money at all by making me pay for things I don't neccecarily need at the time. I also love I get to eat and drink as much popcorn and soda as I want. They treat their customers good here. I have a lot of confidence in these guys. They run a great business here! Super amazing service. Took less than 20 minutes for an express oil change. We had a coupon but misread what it was for (it was also for an oil change but had different requirements) but they were nice enough to give it to us anyway! They were all really nice, we were just able to stay in the car the whole time. They explained and offered various extra services but without being pushy about it. Offered us free snacks and joked with us. We felt super pampered and satisfied, just really surprised (this was our first time ever there) and definitely will be back. read more

I am not from Idaho but I had stopped in before taking a road trip back home. These guys were so kind, organized and fast, despite the busy day they were having. All I needed was an oil change and they hooked us up by topping off our coolant, windshield wiper fluid, and changing our air filters for free. They also had put air in our tires and cleaned all of our windows as we waited. We highly recommend these guys! If we are in town and need some work, we will be coming back! read more

They give you five dollars off if you give them a five star yelp review, so take that for what it's worth. The facility is clean and the waiting room is nice, but it is a bit expensive for what you get. Basic oil change, fluids, window cleaning and tire pressure refill is 41.99. I've been to other places that give you a full service car wash, interior/exterior detailing, plus all the same stuff you get here for the same price. We were taking my car on a cross country trip and stopped by here right off the interstate. The crew was extremely helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my Honda CR-V. When we pulled in, Eric immediately welcomed us and as Eric and the crew got to work we enjoyed a clean waiting area, spotless restroom, complimentary fresh popcorn and soda and TV! Fastest oil change I've ever gotten. I think I've been to almost every other place except grease monkey, but it's safe to say that grease monkey will be the only place i go now.
