Yesterday I brought my car in because the brakes were making a grinding noise. I was told by the associate with the "man bun" that I needed new brakes all around for $670! I turned to the other customers to ask if they heard me yell at him and they were shocked at his response as I hadn't yelled. He slammed the papers down and walked away!
