Well, they continue to go downhill with ridiculous prices going uphill. I won't be having any repairs done there any more. At first I didn't question the high prices much but that's cause everything is going up, but now I wish I had, it seems they are taking advantage of people and overpricing whatever they can. Someone there said "we can sometimes price match", which makes me ask "well if you can do it for less why are you charging so much until someone complains"? I noticed they haven't been very busy the last few times I went there and suspect if they continue these prices people will eventually go somewhere else. Here are a couple examples: Got a quote on recharging the A/C in a Nissan Sentra $286 Meineke did it for $177 and another shop (later) quoted $122 They charge me around $100 for synthetic oil change on a Sentra, another local shop charges about $70. I also had a brake job done there and the price seemed high at the time but I trusted them after dealing with them for maybe 15 years. I'm sure I could have saved a couple hundred on that. Mr. Tire in Salisbury, Md sold my wife 5 tires that were the wrong size. My wife car has an odd sized tire that has to be special ordered. She had a flat and Mr Tire replaced the tire. My wife works at home and rarely drives. A few months later she got another flat and Mr Tire said they all needed to be replaced for balance so she bought 4 new tires. A few months later she drove to Florida and got another flat while there. She went to Costco to get a new tire and Costco told her the tires Mr Tire sold her were all the wrong size. read more

I am so pissed off. Never have I ever left a negative review. If I could have selected a minus star I would have. I went to Mr. Tire on 11/10/23 for a tire service light. I was told I had a nail in my side wall in my back tire and I need a patch in my front tire. I had my back tire replaced and my front tire patched. I came straight home from Mr. Tire parked my car around 10 am went to bed then woke up to go out around 9pm and my tire was flat. I had to put air in it to take it back to Mr. Tire on11/11/23. Upon arrival I Explained to I guess the manager on duty James Smith. Total ass hole btw. That had the nerve to tell me I could have ran over a nail again . Like wtf really? Then I asked if I would get money back or anything he said no it was a courtesy fix. On a new tire, how was that a courtesy anything on a brand new tire. I will pay a higher price for better service from now on. read more

I set up an appointment days in advance so I wouldn't have to wait too long, so I thought. All I was having done was rotate the tires, which they do free if you purchase tires there, and a wheel alignment. After almost 2 hours, I got my car back. I planned on visiting family for Thanksgiving, which required about 1000 miles of driving. On the way back, I noticed the car started shaking a little, and a little more, and more. After close inspection, I noticed a lug nut was missing and another one replaced with a different nut. They put they lug nuts on so loose, that they were coming off! I tightened them myself. I dropped my car off for a simple oil change a few months ago. Afterwards, I noticed the oil light repeatedly turning on and off. I recently dropped my car off here again for an oil change and repair of a leak in the cooling system. It turns out that they had put the oil filter on incorrectly the first time and could no longer get the oil cap off as a result. They said taking it off would risk messing up the whole system, creating more serious issues. They originally told us it would be a couple hours. Due to the complications, a couple hours turned into a couple days. Then a week went by and we did not hear from them. When we called, they would not give us any up-to-date information. It has now been two weeks... When they finally called back, it was to inform us of the $440 we owe them and that the car would be done by "Friday at the latest." On Friday evening we went into the branch to ask if it was finished, but they had just started working on it. It is now Saturday evening and they just finished the service. The receipt states they put antifreeze in the car, but when we checked immediately after picking up, it was completely empty. There was also a free battery check, but they cracked the housing of the battery. The bill also says that "the customer declined parts for a 4-wheel balance," but they never asked or even mentioned anything about that. Bottom line, just don't leave your car here. The staff is clearly incompetent. You may end up picking your car up in worse condition than you left it. read more

I had an amazing experience at Mr Tire, (S Salisbury) yesterday (8.6.2022)! I booked an appointment to have my truck's AC fixed. I chose this shop because the website said they were open Saturday and Sunday. The repair was extensive. Turns out corporate had changed the hours the week prior and it was no longer going to be open on Sundays. I told them that fixed or not, I had to pick it up at closing because I needed it for work. The repairman stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to make the repairs needed. I was beyond grateful! The temps this summer have been brutal and I really needed this fixed. We were from out of town and our new vehicle displayed a low air alert on one of the tires. We tried to put air in it ourselves in a gas station but were unable to get any air in it. We stopped at Mr. Tire and we were all filled up and on our way in a few minutes! And they refused to take any money:) Nice to see such nice customer service. read more

His technician showed me the problem and completed a big job in one day with an accurate estimate. I wish I could give it a lower score than 1 star. The slowest Mr. Tire I have ever been to in my life. I had an appt for my oil change at 10am, I showed up at 9:45 to get it done. It took over 2hrs to get done, after they had told me when I dropped it off it would be done in under an hour. The 2 people at the front counter just complained the whole time about not getting their bonuses, and I understand why they haven't. This place took forever and I would recommend going to another Mr. Tire or another shop to get your services done. read more

Their prices are great, their service is always done on a timely basis, and the quality of their repairs has always been top notch. I have referred my family and friends to go there.
