Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Only advance auto parts stores came up -it didn't show an AutoZone store in Pokomoke city so we stopped at the advance auto parts store. The guy said they couldn't help us as he was the only one working. He said we should probably continue to drive till we get to where we're going before shutting off our vehicle we still had a 2 hour drive to reach our destination. As we went to pull back out onto the highway across the highway we saw an AutoZone store. So we cross the highway and the guy from AutoZone was very friendly and helped us. He tested our battery and determined the problem. this is a review of yelp. Very poor when you request an AutoZone and it doesn't show up. I believe that's called bait and switch.
