This place is legitimately a life saver! I was on an emergency hunt for a new car and wanted to get a pre purchase inspection before purchasing a used vehicle. Being that it was Sunday on Veterans Day weekend, not a lot of mechanics were open- but this location was. I called to check if they offer PPIs and Shawn answered and confirmed that they do. Even better, it was free (whereas all other competitors were charging $140 to $200). After an expensive weekend of car issues, just saving this money was another huge relief. I was able to drive the car up without an appointment, and Shawn and his coworker were so friendly and thorough. They went above and beyond and found everything wrong with the used car (there's always something) and even compiled a formal list of issues for me. Without their help, I wouldn't be able to make the informed purchase that I did and even negotiate for covered repairs on the vehicle I wanted to purchase. I desperately needed an oil change. So I pulled into grease monkey. The staff was knowledgeable and fun. They changed my oil then suggested my cabin filter may need changing. OMG!!!! So grooosssss. But they had one ready to go for a fair price. My ac runs like a dream now. I got my oil changed AND my filter all for a decent amount. I will definitely be returning. An excuse for grabbing ice cream next door for the wait isn't a bad thing either. read more

For the past 10+ years, I've had my car's oil changed at this oil change service station but last week for me marked a decline in their quality of service. I had my car's oil chaged and after drove straight home. I smelled burning oil coming from my vents and from the front of my car. I popped the hood to check what was going on and found oil spilled below the oil filter that trickled down the lower engine block. It was obvious the the service technician failed to clean up the oil spill after replacing the oil filter. I had the engine cool down for a while before hosing down the oil spill from the lower engine block and protective shield below that. read more

I've taken my swagger wagon here twice now to get an oil change and each and every time the customer service I received has been superb. The gentleman at the front desk has always been so kind and helpful and always answered any questions I had. The technician that was working on my car was nice enough to come in and tell me that everything looked great but that it was time for my air filter to be replaced and the cost associated with it. I can honestly say that i didn't feel like another number that they had to get in and out within a certain time frame. The prices are pretty average, what you expect at other oil change establishments. They offer military discount which is another great perk. All in all, i would definitely recommend this spot if you're looking to get service on your car. The wait is not very long. I was there at around 9am on a Saturday morning and I was in and out in less than an hour. Can't beat that, especially on a Saturday morning. read more

I went in and had my oil changed, as soon as I pulled out of the bay it had a loud knocking noise from under the hood. We pulled my car back into the bay and they said they didn't do it and there was no way they could have. The refused to write on paper that when we pulled into the shop it was silent and now it's not. So disappointed and frustrated. They never offered to reimburse for the oil change either. Sitting in the parking lot of Grease monkey waiting for a tow truck because it's not ok to drive. Update: they bent a flange in my motor, refused to reimburse me for my oil change and broke the part. I was in and out on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was friendly and changed my oil in a timely manner. They give you recommendations but in no way are you pressured to follow through. I've been here before for my VW TDI jetta so I thought an oil change for a VW TDI Touraeg wouldn't cost much more. I was Sticker Shocked! They charged me $44 for 4wd full service.. I only wanted my brakes looked at and I had a coupon from them for a free inspection. I didn't notice this odd additional charge until I reviewed my bill prior to writing the Grease Monkey office...I have not heard back from them as to why I was charged $44. My total bill was $143.44. For an oil change? I asked why? He claimed it took a lit of oil. Also he gave me 20% discount for military instead if 15%.. But I had to wait two hours! The mechanic drained the oil tank before checking if the right filter was in stock! I felt highjacked! It wasn't until the next day after my migraine faded before I read their home page- 100% Customer Satisfaction! Really? I don't think so read more

I went into this place to have my oil changed, and just like the few times before the lady there immediately goes into her up sell routine. It's always, you need to flush this and flush that, but unbeknownst to her, some of the fluids she claimed required service, had recently been done. The last straw was when she tried to sell me windshield wiper blades. When I responded "they were replaced yesterday" she replied "well they looked worn to me". I believe you could draw one of two conclusions here- she was either dishonest, or incompetent, neither are qualities I look for in a business who I have or would entrust with servicing my automobile. Feel free to draw your own conclusions, I for one will never return to this place. read more

I went in 3-4 months ago and was impressed by the fast service. I had never been to a Grease Money, but it was on my way home so I pulled in and was out of there in less than 20 minutes. However, my fiancee just changed my oil and said the wrong size oil filter was on there. I'm disappointed. The speedy service was great, but it's better to take an extra five minutes and do the job accurately. I will not be coming back. read more

Fast and friendly service! I'm not super knowledgeable about cars and they made sure to make me feel comfortable and not stupid. They let me know all the problems with my car with zero pressure to fix anything that day. Even noticed a bad cap and replaced it no charge. Full service oil change plus vacuumed out my car! By far the best customer service I have ever seen. The minute we pulled up they greeted us. They were kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did they make sure we were comfortable but they offered us water and yes parents, they have a changing table... with diapers! I've never experienced that before getting my oil changed.
