I want to just provide some feedback but i guess will also give review. I give 5 based on past experiences for over 4 years and up to today. the customer appreciation days are great for feeding others in my community work. the suggestion is go back to just doing the customer appreciation day orders on that one day per week. today was one of those days and the random delivery app orders (which were previously not allowed on this day) jacked up the flow and made the wait skyrocket. the special price is great but it's kind of a slap in the face of customers who are standing here waiting just for door dashers on their phone coming in and looking annoyed because they are not the true customers you are trying to appreciate. Stop the side orders on this one day per month. read more

Pretty good place! Quick, friendly and exactly what you'd expect for a "fast food" type pizza place. The teenager making the pizzas was giving a lot of attitude to the cashier though and the cashier handled it very professionally. read more

I came in for a pickup order. I watched a worker walk in and head straight over to start working with food and then watched who I'm assuming the manager turn around and have to remind the worker that they had to wash their hands right before they touched the food. The boy upfront was extremely childish and rude. The customer in front of me had their wife on the phone mad because they got things wrong and the kid started laughing when she was trying to explain what was wrong which I find extremely disrespectful. The kid handed me my food but I noticed they forgot both sauces we paid for. I went in and told him they forgot the sauces he didn't say a word tossed the sauce on the counter then walked away from me I waited their for a minute because I still needed one more sauce and he didn't come back. I ended up just leaving as it wasn't worth the argument but it was extremely rude also super unprofessional have AirPods in while working the counter talking to customers. I get it's just a pizza place, I've worked at a pizza place. But that does not excuse treating customers rudely and acting unprofessional and workers needing to be reminded at the last second to wash hands is disgusting. read more

Walked in on New Year's Eve and waited about 10 min for a large pepperoni that cost about $10. The pizza was good, especially for the cost. It was kind of greasy and wasn't memorable, but it was worth it. This is a good place if you're looking for a quick, cheap meal. Although the delivery was fairly quick, the pizza was definitely not the greatest. Furthermore, don't order a salad for delivery unless you have your own dressing, even if you order dressing, you will not get it!! Salad wasted as we ordered it with dressing because we were out. So my wife and I orderer some pizza and I gotta say it's not bad and the deal we got is a lot better than dominos usually offers. Pretty good, nothing stands out and the reindeer sausage is pretty fantastic. They said the wait time was approximately 40 minutes to an hour and they were on time. Good stuff. read more

Horrible pizza, The palmer one is way better. I bought a jalapeños and cheese pizza. I about burned my mouth eating it. The palmer store, always evens everything out. It kind of a art. Confined by a tight schedule and needing to feed myself and kids quickly, I was tempted by the offer from Great Alaska Pizza on "Customer Appreciation Day". I went to the shop that is located in the Carr's/Safeway center in Wasilla. The offer was for medium pepperoni or cheese pizzas for just $4.99! I could feed us all for under $10 with two pizzas. What an offer!! I have had GAP before at someone's house and the pizzas were decent. Not anything I would rush to order again, but they were hot and tasty. Sometimes that is all you need, right ? Yelper friend John swears by the one in Muldoon. Obviously the stores vary from place to place. The pizzas were made ahead but no matter - they were hot. They were cranking them out for the "big promotion". I walked in, ordered, paid and they handed me two boxes in about two minutes. I took them home and opened them up. The crust looked like a machine formed, Tombstone crust. No big deal as we were starving and the pizzas smelled great. But where was the cheese???? There must have been only about 3 oz. of cheese on the pizzas! You know the Totino's Pepperoni Party Pizza you can get for about $1 each all over the United States in every grocery store??? These looked like them! WTH??? Okay, I am exaggerating. The crust on these was thicker (like Tombstone) and not flaky (like Totino's). The pepperoni tasted great but like the cheese...where was it??? I am picky but even my kids looked at them and went, "Gee, mom...." Great. If I wanted cheap, sparse pizzas I could have walked over to Carr's and bought some frozen ones and they would have, unfortunately, been just as good for maybe less money. Yes, I know we were buying "cheap pizza". But I guess what irks me the most was this was supposed to be a "Customer Appreciation" promo! It's supposed to "reward" their loyal customers...entice new customers...if this is how they "reward" their customers, I will continue to not be one. (If they had recognized me as a "loyal customer", do you think they might have had a "special pizza" in the back that was loaded with pepperoni and cheese? Hmmmm....) read more

We stopped to buy 2 large pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni, for a school activity banquet. We stopped in at 5:00 and asked how long the two would take as the banquet started at 6. Their ads all say 'Fast 'N' Fresh!'. They said 30-35 minutes. Perfect! We ordered then walked down to Just Imagine Toys. 40 minutes later, we went back. My husband was told 10-15 more minutes. So we waited in the car. We saw another student's mom from our party stop in and walk out with 4 pizzas in those 15 minutes. So my husband went back to check. They started to say another 10 minutes, but he told them they had just said that. So he continued to stand at the counter and watch them for 5 minutes when they finally handed him our pizzas. They didn't apologize or offer a coupon or discount. We both work in the service industry and their lack of acceptance for their mistake really upset us both. We both understand that things happen and making food takes time, but we are also about making the customer happy and they didn't even try. We never order from GAP, but needed 'Fast 'N' Fresh'. We will not make that mistake again. Once we made it to the banquet, just in time, I talked with the other mom we had seen and she said they had called their order in at 1:30!!!!! Then when she got there they tried telling her it would be another 15 minutes! What is the point of calling ahead then?!? After hearing how late they were on her order, I actually didn't feel so bad about ours. Management really needs to look into their system! Something's not working! read more

This place doesn't get enough credit. Normally it's pretty decent pizza for the price you pay. The service is terrible as I'm sure it's a terrible place to work, but that's not what it's made for. If you order on a busy night when they're running a $5 special on pizza, don't be surprised if your pizza takes a little longer. But if you want decent pizza for a decent price and are too lazy to make it, it's certainly worth a try. read more

Since moving to Alaska, this is one of our top places to go- good sized pizza, quick service, but the one time we added bacon, the bacon was disgusting- I don't know if that was a fluke or if it is always that way. Good price for the size! read more

If I was you I wouldn't choose this pizza for anything. Ordered, had it repeated to me and got wrong things, and pizza was cold. Called back and supposed assistant manager didn't want to fix my order, said I could wait until next time, lol there will not be a next time. GET IT TOGETHER FOLKS!!!!! I've been coming here for 5 years. I've tried everything on their menu. The quality is always terrific, and their drink selection is so vast! Delivery, is fast. And food is still warm. Pizza is good compared to other Wasilla offerings. This company delivers over 7 miles up Wasilla Fishhook for reasonable fee. The arrived in good time and the pizza was hot. It was great to find decent pizza that could arrave without me having to drive ten or twenty miles to pick it up. Wondering what the alternative business name, Little Cesar's, has to do with their product. What has come to my house was never Little Cesar's. read more
