First off I used DoorDash for ordering. Apparently they don't use DoorDash drivers so there was no way to track it. I thought the pizza was 30 min late but it was sitting outside while it rained. No one rang the doorbell at all! Then the pizza itself was disgusting! It was soggy & the cheese they used was square cheese!!! Never in my life have I had sliced square cheese on a pizza! I'm going to start with the positives. The kids loved their pizza, they said "10 out of 10". I thought it was well made, well cooked, a little heavy on toppings, but overall it presented well. Unfortunately, the crust was very sweet. Not the sauce, not the cheese, but the crust. I felt like I was eating a Hawaiian sweet bread pizza. I will give them a second chance, hopefully the sweet crust was just a mix up in making. We ordered from them a few days ago and it seems as though they've changed their pizza or something, such thin soft crust it breaks apart when you pick it up, barely any sauce as well. We ordered on doordash. The order was late, almost 2 hours. Food was not even fresh by the time it got here. We couldn't even finish the pizza it tasted so bad. I have explicit instructions on my doordash to NOT ring the doorbell or knock and to leave it at the door and text when they arrive. Didn't follow those instructions, so all our dogs went buck wild. They don't use doordash drivers, so there is no way to track it. 0/10 do not recommend. Even if it arrived on time / fresh. I'm still not convinced it would have tasted good read more

I'll start with the positives... The pizza was a nice big size and looked amazing. The wings were good, third best I've tried in Wasilla and the blueberry dessert was pretty good. Now, the negatives... the pizza is the most flavorless thing I've ever eaten in my entire life and no I don't have and never have had COVID. I had to add some salt to make it bearable to eat and it was still extremely bland. The dough was so soft that everything slid off but I didn't notice that it was sweet like others have said. Honestly it seemed more like a really bad frozen pizza at best. Finally, the high price wouldn't have bothered me if the pizza was a quality product but I couldn't even get my kids to eat it, so, most of it ended up in the trash. They need to add seasoning, a little salt and crisp up their crust to get my business ever again. read more

Worst experience I've ever had would rate 0 stars if that were an option ....After 2 hours of waiting for delivery... (we called at 9;30-food got here at 11:20) mind you we live 4 minutes away ...the lady told us it's about a 30-45 min which is standard...well 2 HOURS LATER we got these sad excuses of sandwiches not even hot....they were way soggy and just overall PATHETIC .. the first sandwich is supposed to be a hot turkey sub with tomato and lettuce and mayo what we got was two thin tiny pieces of turkey and jalapeños??? Like wtf this is NOT what we wanted at all!!! Completely wrong and gross and then second sandwich was a cold and bread was a soggy mess and the chicken was burnt and was just completely trash:( we called after an hour of the food that was supposed to be here and the lady Jennifer said they had 1 driver and he should be here within 15 min well that was certainly not the case ... we called back after discovering this horrific mess and she said she would discuss with the driver ?? Just completely unimpressed with this ... thank god we still ordered a pizza that my kids ate because they were starving!!even though it clearly was cold they needed to eat and after waiting for so long they didn't care ... Ordered the veggie pizza and added pepperoni. The pie was lacking in veggies, good amount of cheese, fair amount of pepperoni. The flavor of the sauce was okay. The problem with this pizza was the crust. It was really sweet and the bottom was soggy, there is definitely no way anyone will be able to eat this pizza the next day. My friend went to pick the pizza up and said the location was a little weird and they had a bag of McDonalds on the counter. I don't live in Wasilla so I might be spoiled with the great pizza we have in Anchorage. Still, for the price, I wouldn't go there again. read more

I have heard nothing but great things about Knik Pizza!! I was craving pizza so decided to try them out or at least tried too!! I put in an order on line at 12:46p and requested it be delivered at 5p. The time had come and no pizza...I called them at 5:15 to check on it, the lady who answered gave me the excuse of the app slice charges our credit card but doesn't send the order.. she checked into it and said oh yes I see your order and it's out for delivery... so 6p comes around still NO pizza so I called back and more excuses and she would contact the drivers and see where they were out. Ten minutes later Amber calls me to let me know I will get NO pizza.. Apparently the cook forgot the order and it hadn't been cooked ....so I asked her so that mean I get no pizza? She replied well if you want to reorder it, you would go to the end of the list and it would be about 3 hours!!!! So I responded i want a refund and her response was she couldn't do it!!! I had to go back to the app and call the number....so after my daughter figured it out and chatted with someone they said they would refund!!! My issue is... they LIED to me twice about pizza is on the way when in fact it was never made and NEVER offered to make it right!!! Dinner was to be at 5p. My family of 7 were a little hungry and just wanted to see what this pizza was all about!!! That didn't happened!!! THANK YOU PIONEER PIZZA for rocking a speedy order!! I've ordered here for years and never has my delivery fee been more than 3$ since I live right off abbey. But the last 4 times we have ordered it's been 5-7$ that's just outrageous for only a few miles I called and spoke with the phone lady on mothers day of all days and was told delivery fees are subject to change! only here Im guessing. Ordered a pizza online, the delivery time was considerably delayed, which was fine. Ended up being an hour and a half beyond that time totaling 3 hours. I get being busy and understaffed these days, but it was just too long especially when I called to check in and was told it was in the oven. I was then called back shortly confirming a pizza topping, meaning that during my last conversation it wasn't in the oven. I found Knik Pizza on Yelp, rated kinda high but I disagree. The staff were pleasant and enjoyed what they do, just the pizza isn't great. The dough is too sweet, like they add sugar (more than any normal pizza place for the yeast to rise) and it was noticeably sweet; distractingly sweet It is not good. They cover the dough with a ton of toppings (depending on order) then dump copious amount of cheese on top and hen cook until til melted (I know this sounds easy) but; the pizza needed I be cooked for another 4-5 minutes The pizza wouldn't hold up any of the toppings because the dough was too flimsy. More time in the over would've made the cheese and toppings have more flavorful. So all that aside They also charge a 4% service charge for using credit/debit cards. If you're wondering what the sign looks like that displays this information within their business; don't worry they don't have one! It's just told to you as you check out. Yelp offers a $5 discount on pizza if you check in; the staff aren't aware that these are accepted so they have to contact the owner to get authorization. Overall, staff were pleasant despite this missteps; I won't return but that's because the food wasn't good. Sorry not sorry read more

Pick up the slice and the toppings slide off because it's floppy. The sauce was heavy handed which compounded the issue. The toppings were good, but for me the crust is essential - it HAS to be good. That and the sauce flavor has to be spot on . Their sauce was good, just a bit too much of it. If they can work out their crust issue I might try again. Looking at their pics I was sold.
