But I did order an ice cream cake thinking it was going to be the same that I had ordered last year and it was supposed to be a triple chocolate birthday cake and they did not include the cake the entire cake was ice cream it's supposed to be an ice cream cake where was the cake? it was nonexistent and they were also Supposed happy 35th birthday Kevin on it and when I picked it up it did not have that on it and I that's how it was last year and they did call me twice to verify that I wanted everything chocolate and I said yes chocolate cake chocolate ice cream chocolate icing as well but they forgot the cake Part and I am not sure how that happens as well as not having put the happy birthday Kevin on it so I'm not extremely happy with this place right now. read more

There is almost always a line, but they are always quick to help - and answer questions without rushing me. I also appreciate that they enforce mask wearing. I walked in tonight to grab an ice cream. I wasn't wearing a mask, I'm pregnant with twins and have passed out in public for wearing one. I have a doctors note. When i walked in they asked where my mask was. I told them i was pregnant, and an older blonde lady yelled, yes yelled at me and said "then i can't serve you". I responded "wow" to her attitude, as i was being super kind. You guys lost 6 customers tonight because of this woman. She was unnecessarily rude and we were so kind. It's so sad, when I'm the customer. I will tell all my friends and family to never come here. Do not come here if you want to be treated with respect. Not worth my time and money. read more

Great product as always but the 5 star is for the above and beyond customer service! I had an order today and when I arrived for pick up, the employee who answered the phone told me that it had accidentally been placed in the orders due for the next day so it was not ready. However, he assured me that in 5-10 minutes, he could have it out for me! I said "no problem!" And sure enough, in about 5 minutes he was bringing it out... perfect. Just as I ordered! I called on Friday, December 11th to ask if I could get a cookie cake made. The only requirements online said to place your order two hours before the pick up time. I called at 11:40am to pick up my order at 5pm. I have done this so many times before. The lady that answered was SOOOO rude!!! "Hello???? What do you need??" I explained what I needed and she said, "Yeah that's not going to be doable." I said, "okay, thanks..." and she responded so rudely and sarcastically, "THANKS!!!" So then I called Tanger Outlets location and they were so kind and helpful. Of course they got it done for me. I will never go back to this location again.
