One of my favorite weekend traditions is exploring a new coffee shop every Sunday somewhere around the city, and this week I decided to give Rev Coffee a try. While I didn't order any food, several menu items looked tempting and worth trying on a future visit. I ordered the Iced Banana Pudding Latte, and it was delicious. What stood out even more was the customer service. The staff had genuinely positive energy, and the cashier was especially helpful in sharing his thoughts on the different drinks I was considering before making my choice. As someone who enjoys writing and working from coffee shops, my only suggestion would be a larger bar-style workspace for laptops and those of us who like to stand, pace, and type while working. It wasn't a deal breaker by any means. They also don't offer a military discount, but that's fairly common and never something I expect when visiting a coffee shop. Overall, I had a great experience. The atmosphere was inviting, the coffee was enjoyable, and the staff made a strong impression. I would definitely recommend Rev Coffee, and it has earned a spot in my regular rotation of coffee shop adventures.

She checked on us frequently, and brought our drinks and food in a reasonable amount of time too. The food was great! They had a large food menu to choose from, and everyone in our group enjoyed everything. I ordered the savory buckwheat crepe and enjoyed it. The place is not large however, the cases are definitely filled with a lot of goodies. On this particular day, it did take us a little while to make a decision as there are quite a few choices. However, the two staff members who were here that day were very patient with us. We did walk away with macaroons a lemon meringue tart as well as a Canele. You know what it's in the pictures. I do not have a picture of that because it was eaten before I got a chance to take a picture of it. But everything was so tasty absolute perfection. I don't know who's making this stuff but they are truly talented. I have to come back here again when I'm in Buckhead Village.

She provided us samples of their pie of the month, the Georgia Peach pie. Right off the bat I was hooked from the sample. I was worried at when we went about an hour before closing, that their was not enough pies for my boyfriend and I to chose from. But thankfully there was some that we fell in love with. The employee had also helped us chose a pie, and let us know that majority of the pies are made with locally sourced ingredients. I love supporting local business, so that was awesome to hear. We brought home the mini pies (Georgia Peach and Apple) and a slice of pie (Chocolate Chess). My boyfriend and I haven't dug into the fruity pies yet, but I had the Chocolate Chess and my gosh, I want a whole pie! It's not too sweet and decadent in chocolate taste. In store, the employee let me know that they make their chocolate pies with Ghirardelli chocolate, which I love. All in all, this cute spot is perfect to grab a pie. They also sell adorable merchandise, take and bake pies, candles, and other lovely kitchen goods. I would personally battle all the road traffic this shopping center gets to get another slice of pie. When I'm visiting again from California, this spot is on the top of my list.

I flew in from California and wanted to get a pie for my auntie's house to share with everyone. I was surprised to see they had all the traditional flavors ready to go and seasonal flavors as well. For seasonal they had a strawberry rhubarb pie for February. They even had savory pies too. I love that they have a large variety and definitely specialize in pies. I got their traditional apple pie, a small cherry tart pie and mini pot pie. The small cherry tart pie wasn't too sweet which I liked. The mini pot pie was okay. There was a little too much crust ratio compared to the inside filling. Everyone enjoyed the apple pie. For two mini items and the apple pie I paid $51. The nice lady behind the counter was really nice and helpful. I also liked how they packaged everything. The inside of the shop is cute and they do have some seating for you to enjoy your items on the spot.

Not sure if this was a one off or not but will not be patronizing this store again. I've been here before and something else that I notice is they never have all of their cupcakes baked and ready to sell when they open their doors. It was so good I went back to order the same cupcake and a vanilla strawberry for my friend. The service was great, and I mentioned I was walking and they packed it accordingly to make it easy for me with keeping the cupcakes in tact.
