I called and got the answering machine telling me to email them. I emailed them Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I stopped by at all different times when they said they were open online. Nobody was ever there. Finally received an email from someone FRIDAY saying they gave me a credit to use in future. I don't live there never coming back. I stop by to get reimbursed and finally someone showed up to work! I was told just to email customer service over and over again. That there's no corporate. No one to speak to. No register at the escape room. Sounds SUS to me. ‍

If you're wondering whether or not to take kids, I will say I took my 8 year old daughter this year and she had a BLAST. Whereas last year, she was too scared to go in. The set design was my absolute favorite of the season in Alabama and Georgia. The attention to even the smallest of details was amazing. The smells were atrociously wonderful. The actors were on point, even on the last night of the season. I really enjoyed the story telling and their ability to use the set around them. The property was clean with many other small activities to keep you busy. I will certainly come back. It was worth the couple hour drive.

It was not lost on me that my eyes had been 1 inch away from a screen for two hours, my eyes took a while to adjust back to Real Life. I think one hour is the sweet spot.
