Much better than last time. Did just what I wanted for him. My husband has dementia so is hard to do these types of things. The lady that cut was gentile and didn't initiate conversation, which was good. It kept him still and finished quickly but gave a decent cut. Will bring him back. This place really needs more qualified and experienced cutters with Hopefully with better people skills and friendlier personalities instead of snobby hostile atitudes. When you get toxic staff with short and snippy remarks isn't acceptable. Not listening to what youve requested then you get a 2 step chop chop bumbs rush haircut. End result bad uneven haircut and feeling like you need counseling afterwards I've gone to this location 3 times. Bottom line i won't go back for #4 im glad there are other locations and salons in the area. read more

There are things I really like about Great Clips--convenience, reasonable prices, and friendly stylists. However...the quality of your haircut is really a toss up. I've had stylists that have done an excellent job. But today I wasn't so lucky. This is honestly the worst haircut I've ever had. I can't even describe how bad this is. Cheap and fast. No fluff here. If you are in a hurry and/or on a limited budget, I would recommend this shop. I also recommend you check in using their app and show up with wet shampooed hair. Seems I always find long hairs that were overlooked afterwards. I cut them when I get home. If you are picky or have a difficult cut, this probably is not the shop for you. read more

For kids I guess great clips is a great of deal. I just took my 83 year old mom, I'm not sure what she asked for but she has it shaved all around her ears and she left the hair above it too long. I just don't understand how different her hair comes out everytime ! She could use a hat for the week I guess . Her hairs white and now it looks like she's got big bald spots. Rude hairstylists they talk bad about your hair being damaged, etc to other hair stylists behind your back as you are leaving & walking out the door and they cut your hair uneven. Then make excuses for it. I was told I could only get an uneven face frame haircut because of how my bangs were cut. Total BS. I went to a professional & they corrected the uneven haircut & gave me the correct haircut I originally asked for. read more

Excellent service and styling. Love the online checking and text messaging. Always like to wait for Cece, but any stylist will do, since record keeping of previous cuts are on file. But my hair grows every 2 weeks so I like to switch it up a photo of a hairstyle or character name drop. read more

Although this Great Clips is generally pleasant to deal with, some of their stylists (including the manager) refuse to wear masks. When I went there last week for a haircut, my stylist was not wearing a mask, nor was the one beside her. Despite me wearing a mask, I got COVID from them. I did not go anywhere else between the haircut and coming down with COVID, so it's pretty easy to see where I got it. When I talked to the manager about it, she was argumentative, insisting I had gotten it elsewhere despite what I told her, and completely denied it. I have been vaccinated and boosted, but unfortunately the close proximity to a maskless stylist was my undoing. Fortunately I'm not too sick, and neither is my husband who I gave it to. read more

At 70 years old I received the worst haircut of my entire life! An older woman at the salon didn't listen to what I wanted at all. She shaved my head and left a spiked crown an little bangs all while I was turned away from the mirror. I was embarrassed to even leave the shop. I went to my car and put on a hat which I will have to wear for at least 3 to 6 months! Don't let this woman touch you. read more

I've been to this Great Clips before and never had an issue. I usually have a good time with all the workers there and they understand the style and how I would like my hair. I went in this time with new workers and a women who I don't think knew particularly what I wanted even though I showed her an old picture of me. I told specifically that I wanted 3 on top, I guess she didn't understand and she Buzzed my head too short. Its just crazy how I show a person a picture of what I want with the measurement and she still messes it up. Barbers name was Susan. read more

I will never take my kid back here to get his haircut. My wife took our son in and showed her a picture of what she wanted done. The lady did the exact opposite. I might as well of shaved his head. This was the worst place I have ever taken my son to get a haircut. The lady who did his hair (I do not know her name) was rude and had an attitude the whole time. She didn't listen to anything I asked her to do. She rolled her eyes and got annoyed when I asked her to style my sons hair before leaving. I literally had to ask for gel and a comb to do it myself. I never like to say negative things or complain but this is not ok. It's not my fault if you don't want to be at work or do not take pride in your work. I will never come here again and will stick to taking my kids to Sharkey's, an amazing kids haircut salon who happened to be closed today. read more

My wife is a hair stylist who normally does my hair, but this salon is my go-to when she's busy. I stopped in today, and even with a busy waiting area, I was called back within 5 minutes. CC was great, did a fantastic job with my haircut, was personable and carried on a great conversation. Bring a lunch... you walk in thinking well the wait won't be too long there's only two people ahead of me and then magically while you're waiting 10 more people walk in that have check in appointments and get to go in in front of you, this place is a joke I have better things to do on a Saturday then wait two hours to get a haircut, at least when they sign you in they can give you a heads up,like hey there's 12 people in front of you not the two you see sitting there. read more

Went and got my hair cut as I have been for years with great clips today... at the end of the visit I asked the stylist to dry my hair like I have always done as it was dripping. She dried it maybe a quarter of the way and refused to dry it anymore with out charging for "styling". She said drying is only "getting the wet out, and she cannot dry it all the way, to dry it would cost extra" what kind of customer service is it to refuse to dry a clients hair after a cut to prevent dripping. Just drove 20 min to get hair cut . The system took my reservation and checked me in . When I arrived at 3:'55 they said they were closing at 4pm . They should have texted me saying they were closing early . They just lost a customer for good . read more

I asked the stylist, Leslie, for a layered hair. I told her I wanted it as long as possible, but very layered. She cuts my hair dry and proceeds to cut an 8th of an inch off my hair. I told her she can cut more than that I just didn't want to have it cut as short as last time I had it cut at a different salon. She just cut here and there. There was no method to her cutting. The haircut took less than 5 minutes. Last time I had it cut at a different salon it was short, but it was a good cut. This is by far the worse hair cut I have ever received. I don't know what to do. If I go somewhere and have it cut right it will be too short. I will never go to this place again. read more

PROS: Not a long wait. Cut my eye brows PERFECTLY! CONS: Really BAD hair cut for both my wife and I. Mine was more of a trim off the ears and my wife ask for her bangs cut (didn't happen) and 2 inches cut off (didn't happen). I had to cut off the long hanging missed pieces when we got home. I know you guys hate your lives here and your life is clearly not going to get any better than Great Clips but you don't need to bestow your hatred on the people paying their hard earned money on a decent hair cut.
