Before finding this place getting my nails done was so stressful because I had to constantly monitor the quality of any place I went, and keep an eye on what they were doing. And it defeated the purpose of the self care ritual because it made me so anxious. That's not the case here. I trust Tim and Alina to a fault! I can zone out or enjoy conversation. And actually enjoy the self care ritual, relax. I always know my nails will look amazing. I recently asked for a design for my vacation and Tim went all out. I've never gotten so many compliments in my life. And not only was the design good, but when I was too lazy to go back to get my nails redone for a full month, they lasted without issue. All the other place I've tried in AZ, before finding this place, the nails are coming apart after a week or two. These looked brand new (minus grow out) for a full month. Mine was fabulous but I could tell by looking at my husband's face his wasn't up to par. I asked him later about it, he said he barely got the leg massage, it was so light he couldn't feel anything. His whole thing lasted a total of 15 minutes. If you look on their website it says 35 minutes. Now I know he didn't get polish, but he should at least get the full 35 minutes if he's paying the full price. It also says 10 minute massage, I watched the lady and it was no where 10 minutes. His lady also just sat there, didn't say a word or even acknowledge his existence. 5 stars for my person, 0 for his. We still gave her a 10.00 tip. They also had a cute Mother's Day snack bar. EDIT: about an hour after I left I felt a burning on my eyelid and noticed it had been cut and she didn't even say anything. Also noticed plenty of hairs she didn't even pluck. Guess this isn't the place to get a eyebrow wax. I'll keep coming for the pedicure though.

I called a day before to ask if there was any openings for New Years eve knowing a lot of places would be closing early or just be super busy, and was able to get in next day no problem easy peasy. I get there and Francine greeted me and was so sweet. Her place is very clean and tidy and it's a small shop but it's perfect because she works alone. She is very attentive and did a wonderful job. I am definitely going to return and make this my new nail place.

The pedicure was wonderful, and I was very happy with my feet. Unfortunately, my eyebrow experience was the complete opposite. I specifically asked for a simple eyebrow cleanup, but the technician removed far more hair than she should have. My eyebrows are now noticeably uneven, and a significant portion of my right eyebrow is missing. When I expressed my concern, the technician insisted she had not made a mistake, despite the obvious difference in my eyebrows. I then spoke with the manager, hoping the situation would be taken seriously. Initially, it felt like my concerns were being dismissed. After I removed my glasses so she could get a closer look, I was simply offered a discount for a future visit. I found that response unacceptable given the extent of the mistake. I had an event to attend that same day, and instead of feeling confident, I left feeling embarrassed and upset. While I appreciate the excellent pedicure service, the handling of my eyebrow appointment and the lack of accountability afterward have ensured that I will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and provides better training and customer service when mistakes occur.

I was expected to put my hands in a bunch of dust and someone else's nasty finger nail clippings! It was absolutely disgusting. The technician didn't seem to care at all. Naturally, they reuse the same dip containers for everyone, the Emory board used was stained from multiple uses on other people, and they don't even have you wash your hands before. Far and away the least sanitary salon I've ever been to. The manicure itself turned out fine and the paint job is good, but there was nothing resembling an actual manicure here. He did nothing to my cuticles, and I didn't even get hand lotion at the end. While the dip service (which included a gel coating at the end, so if you're trying to avoid UV, this is not the place) was cheaper than I've had before ($40), it was literally JUST polish. It goes without saying.. don't expect a drink or anything from here (but honestly, I wouldn't want to consume anything in this environment!). I'd give one star but for the fact my mom got a basic pedicure, which she said was really good and really quite affordable ($28). She didn't seem to find cleanliness issues, so maybe it's just for manicures.

Medium sized; bright , tasteful modern contemporary with a sheik LED spiral chandelier at the counter. Service 5/5+ Today my manicure/pedicure was done by Hanna. I selected menu #2 which included exfoliation, salt scrub, hot stone oils, pressure point releasing and message after the pedicure. I consider this essential care for my feet. My manicure was also nicely done, Hanna nailed it! Ok got my corny in and you survived ; ) Hanna Factoid. She is a Vietnamese Chef and we discussed dishes. I would comeback to see Hanna again.
