My hair was like straw and definitely damaged. My hair was curled and I didn't notice how bad it was until I got home. I sent in pictures to the manager. I was told to return for them to fix it because they do not do refunds. I did return and after talking to the same stylist. I was told what I wanted couldn't be done. The stylist Sarah had a reason for every mistake and continued to argue with myself and my husband. She stated multiple times. Are you a stylist? Did you go to school for hair? The manager was supposed to call me which didn't happen. I had to call and track down the manager myself who knew nothing about the situation. She was supposed to look into the matter and call me back. She needed to talk to the owner who only owns the business but doesn't do hair. That was definitely a red flag. After waiting several days. I called back and was told by a front desk person not the manager. That because of the way my husband acted. They wouldn't refund my money and if I went through the bank, they would fight it. I didn't even bring the bank up, but thanks for the idea. I went and purchased dye and did my own hair. I wasted over $400 and didn't even get my hair cut for that much money. Just go anywhere else but here.

I payed, tipped and left. In November I needed my hair cut pretty quickly since my engagement photos were coming up. I messaged her and she didn't respond and left me on read. Since it was starting to become urgent... 5 days later I followed up with saying her if she didn't have any availability to maybe suggest someone else within the salon that she trusts since I needed to get in with someone fast (I've had hair stylists in the past have absolutely zero problem with this if they are booked or it's an emergency so I didn't see anything wrong with putting that out there). She left me on read again. It's March. I thought, hey, I guess I'll try to book with her at this salon one final time before giving up on her and maybe this salon in general honestly. I asked her if she had any availability this coming weekend or how she prefers appointments requested and she responded with "hello I'm sorry I don't have time" That's it?? The salon itself is clean but Noelia is unprofessional. She was not that kind during my initial appointment and then she left me on read not once, but TWICE. Then when trying to schedule an appointment a third time her response was unhelpful. She clearly is either A) very bad at communicating with clients or B) doesn't want my money. Took a chance and luckily Mandy was still at Arizona Hair. She recommended something for my dry hair. The cut was fabulous and like years before, without styling my hair, my hair dries and sets beautifully just with the way it is cut. I'm so happy to have found Mandy again.

I came in with a sandy/dirty blonde shade, but unfortunately walked out with a completely different ash blonde that looks very unnatural and overly processed. My roots now appear gray-white, while the rest of my hair looks light brown, leaving me with an uneven and very obvious color difference. The result looks nothing like what I came in with or what I requested. In addition, the texture of my hair is now brittle and frizzy, which makes it feel damaged compared to how healthy it was before the appointment. The experience was uncomfortable while I was there, and even more upsetting once I saw the final result. I'm so unhappy with how drastically my color and texture changed that I wouldn't even feel comfortable trusting the salon to correct it. If you don't already have experience with a specific stylist here, I would not recommend this salon.

I've had my hair cut by Coco 3x now and she is seriously a close second and that's just because of the years of time one person has spent on my hair! I have extremely thick, dense, and course Asian / Pacific Islander hair that I know wants to be curly but I haven't figured that out yet - Coco worked effortlessly as though she had been doing my hair since straight out of graduating school.
