Flashback to five years ago: your facials were a full hour when you booked them (and were $8 cheaper). Your student asked questions about your skin type before starting. Your hair/head was protected during the treatments. You had a light misting machine that was running to help open up pores. You had a towel/robe thing to change into. You were offered a glass of water. You received a scalp or hand massage while the mask was sitting on your face. Today, your 1 hour facials are 45-50 mins and you receive none of the above. Instructors, you are not preparing your students for a career. You don't check your students' work and they are ill-prepared and lack confidence. Shameful. I honestly expect your facility to close down within a few years. I used to love visiting and I didn't mind if things weren't perfect, but you're not even trying anymore.
