When she cuts my hair I feel that she cares that it's a flattering style for me. The procedure upon entering the shop is that you sign in, and they honor the order of sign-ins. Sometimes I think they could have more staff because it gets crowded with a longer wait than I want....but I've learned how to work around that by calling ahead for Ashley's hours and being there before her shift begins.
