There was a hairdresser who cut my hair for a while then she told me she's no longer be working there, so she recommended a couple of ladies who could do it, this lady Wendy started for a least 3 times. I went there one more time and for a reason she did a terrible job like she did it on purpose or she was mad of me, I called to get it fix and when I arrived, she refuses and finally another employee asked her to do it, but she didn't do any efforts, and I was upset for her attitude and said, "don't bother and left. This place is terrible! There's a reason it's never busy. I was very specific with my stylist but she never listened and cut my hair too short and I had hair sticking straight out. I couldn't stand it so I returned and asked them to make it right and all they could say was that they couldn't find me in the computer. So my husband still insists on going to Great Clips. He tells them about that bad experience and now they triple check that his hair is cut evenly on the top. :) He rarely has to wait for a hair cut, they have his cut on record so it's easy and stress free. So While I'm not going to rave about them being the best place in the world - it is pretty good for the price - but you just have to speak up and be honest and make sure you're happy before you leave. :) read more

I've been going here for years and this time a new girl I don't recall her name (she has short choppy bright red hair) cut my hair she not only cut off 6 inches of my hair when I only asked for 2 but she also did the worst layer job I have ever seen done, when I spoke with the manager her only response was she could cut my hair shorter to fix it but I still had to pay for the hack job this girl did to my hair. There was no attempt to make me feel like they cared she just told to pay them and they will cut shorter for free. I will never go here again I hate my hair cut and don't recommend to go to this place their customer service is shit and they do not provide quality work anymore. read more

Normally I can get in and out pretty quickly, especially with online check-in. However today I checked in when the online wait time said an 18 minute wait, got to the store 10-12 minutes later, and was told the wait was 20 minutes or more. What good is online check-in then? Also, for a Sunday afternoon, what is probably a busy day for haircuts, only 2 people were working. read more

When i walked in the staff was friendly. There was no wait or rush. i went in to get a fade with zero on bottom and 6 on top. The lady was nice and helpful but she started with a 4 and did not use a comb to blend the fade. The right side is sticking out . Still have some long hair. i still did tip her for her time since she was nice. i just put my hat on and left. gave this a three star because they were still very nice in Great clips. Come to this location to get haircuts for my two young boys, and husband. Staff is always very nice, as well as skilled. They're also very good with young children, my youngest is 3, and always has a great time. Wait times are never more than 10 minutes. Signed up for a haircut with a 20 minute wait. Arrived at gc 15 minutes later and was told the wait was now 35 to 40 minutes. We will never ever go back to this place! Toni was so unfriendly to me & my son walking in...this is the 2nd time she has cut my son's hair my husband took him in the time before & said she was very unfriendly then & did not leave a tip for that reason. Well I didn't know, got her again & our son had a terrible head injury so he has a scar...I specifically told her before she got started to be very careful with that sensitive area. In the middle of the cut she cut over his scar roughly & it really hurt him bad he was about to cry but held it in. This evening his head is all red in that area & he does not feel good. I called & told her about my concerns & she doesn't seem to care said she was easy on it...not true! She should be fired! So sad to have such horrible customer service. My poor son like we haven't been through enough. I am so upset & so disappointed in the service we were given...what a horrible experience!! read more

We have gone here several times so we know not to expect the friendliest service. Our last visit we were not greeted with a hello or smile. Typical. They seemed annoyed that we didn't check in online. Also typical. The stylist (older gray haired woman)seemed annoyed with my son's haircut choice. When we showed her a picture of the haircut from a hairstyling article, she didn't seem to like it and said it wouldn't look the same, maybe because my young son's wavy hair wasn't as wavy as the guy's hair in the picture. (?) Then she tried to say that it wasn't a good enough picture because of the color of the picture. Weird, this after saying the hair looks different than my sons. So I stood there actually explaining the picture the nicest and simplest way possible. Finally she let out a heavy sigh, did a little eye roll and rudely she said she didn't know what we wanted. No clarifyng questions. She just seemed to be saying no. Such confrontational and rude, horrible demeanor to show a child or any customer before a haircut. Clearly she didn't want to give my son the haircut he wanted, maybe she hoped I'd give up and ask for a simpler cut. I wasn't going to allow her to touch my young son in her angry, rude mood so we left. We walked away and out the door. We went to another salon where we were greeted with a smile and where I showed a very friendly, professional stylist the exact same picture, she knew exactly what to do and did it, treating my son and me like royalty. He walked away looking handsome, happy and confident with a haircut exactly like the picture we took in. He told me "Mom, please don't take me to Great Clips ever again". Out of the mouths of babes. Its a nice place, friendly people but if you're a walk-in be prepared to be put on the back burner. Was running some errands with my son in this shopping center and popped in because I saw 1 person in the lobby. The person in the lobby goes in and we're next, welp not quite. As someone else was paying in comes a family of 4 all ahead of us online. While all of them were being taken in ahead of us 8 more people came in all with online appointments and went in before my son. Ok i get that an online appointment is the way to go but what ever happened to "In-person" customer service? I mean if we're in the lobby, waiting why not drop us 2 or 3 people back behind the on-line appointments already scheduled? I mean we are already in the lobby. Super cuts does this ALL the time for me. Ive got 4 kids and I don't always remember to check in online. Not to mention the stylist didn't even line up my sons cut on his neck. They're nice but I won't be back. I could have at least been informed that there 12 people in front of my son and that there was going to be a long wait.
