Received my second horrible haircut today from this location and of course when I return, they're closed. I've gotten haircuts from every lady who works there and they've all been to my satisfaction and more. But today I got another BAD fade from the same lady. Meri.. I am very very displeased with the fade you gave me. This is the second time in less than a year I've had to return to get it fixed. But this time the store is closed so I must work tomorrow looking like a piece of crap. I will return because the other ladies there can all do a simple fade, and I will request not to be serviced by you. You need to either go back to school or get glasses. At least there's no charge when you return for a bad fade or cut. It was a person in line behind me at another store an hour later that said " did you just get a haircut?" Other than the turnover in stylists they do have experience stylists to choose from so when one leaves I have to test out other ones until I get an excellent one. But I'm not so sure I'm going to go back. I received an offer because they said they miss seeing me at Supercuts and giving me $10 off my next haircut. My appointment was for 9:00 AM. I was waiting at the door when they opened. Evidently my stylist was overbooked. It was never explained, so I don't know. I was told to go sit down and wait. After 20 minutes I left and complained online to Supercuts. No response. I can understand a mistake but I don't forgive the rude disregard. read more

I had the BEST shot stylish cut for my wavy hair that I have ever had here. Emily did my cut and I was even taken a tad early and it is the absolute best wash and go haircut I ever had really. Emily was also very sweet and friendly. Can't recommend this location enough. read more

Supercuts used to give you a decent haircut for an ok price. Now? Lousy haircut and $30? Are you kidding? I'm the person who took a $9.99 coupon from Great Clips and I was assured, no problem, they would take the coupon, and give me a great haircut. Well, not exactly. Call it fraud. Call it theft. After my haircut I presented the coupon and was ready to pay the $9.99 ($10) and give a $3 tip. I only got a trim and it wasn't very good. Instead of the $9.99, three girls surrounded the cash register area and told me the manager said to just take off $9.99 from their $30 haircut. NO $9.99 haircut for me. There were two people waiting to pay, so instead of making a scene, I paid $20 for the haircut plus the $3 tip. Well, folks, I will never let Supercuts rip me off again. I will continue to get my haircut at Great Clips, which is a lot cheaper and a better haircut. I think Supercuts is struggling, considering all the store closings, while Great Clips are opening new stores. Whatever happened to honesty? Does a business feel good about ripping people off? Yesterday I stopped in for a haircut since my stylist was booked out and desperately needed one before some events coming up. I'll be honest I was nervous. My last haircut here was in 2014 and they chopped my hair, I was reassured by my Stylist Kwan that she had been doing hair for about 20 years and would make sure my hair was even and matched the picture I showed her of the way I like my hair. With my trust in her hands, she began trimming, halfway through my haircut she asked how my bangs looked and I said don't trim any shorter than that after seeing them. She was really sweet and had good conversation so I left a tip, but I probably won't be back, it's higher than I pay with my stylist I go to and when I got home upon further inspection, the sides of my bangs were noticeably choppy and uneven and didn't frame my face well like I asked. To be fair the rest of my hair looked alright and the shop was nice, so I'm leaving 3 stars, but I wouldn't recommend Kwan doing your hair despite her experience. read more

Extremely poor scheduling. Our normal Supercuts location closed sadly, so we gave this one a shot. I won't be back. When I called ahead I asked how long the wait was, the man on the phone said 15 minutes. I told him we would be there in just a few minutes to get a cut. He hung up, and we drove over. We arrived about 10 minutes later. One person in front of us, had not called ahead, checked in, then we were up. I told him I called ahead, he checked us in. So far so good. 20 minutes later, another woman and the man who walked in in front of us are called up for cuts. It has now been over 30 minutes since I called, and when I ask why the person who came in after my call ahead is going in before us, he says he didn't put us in when I called. Somehow telling him we were on our way did not inspire him to add us to the schedule, or ask for more information if that was what was needed. Turns out there is a man next to us in the waiting area with the same problem, only he was on the waitlist. We will find a better salon to replace the one that closed. read more

Went in after calling to schedule a cut. Was able to get an appointment in fifteen minutes. I saw a lady named Amy. She was fast, very professional and cut my locks from 10" to 1.5", since I was tired of dealing with it. Initially she was a bit hesitant, expressing that many women have buyers remorse at such a great change. I assured her I would not. I appreciated the suggestions she had offered, though. Her hair cutting techniques were perfect. She didn't waste time. I didn't have to have my head placed in the sink. Yay! Instead she misted as she cut. I now have a perfect, short manageable head of hair that take less than five minutes compared to ten. My hair is in perfect condition. The salon was not overly noisy, which we all know can be an issue. Supercuts at Sunrise and Macy Plaza Drive was timely, cost efficient, and easy to get to. Amy was fun to chat with and great at cutting hair. Win win. read more

I thought I needed to chop half of it off but The gal I got understood what I wanted, told me how much I'd lose if I cut off the previously dyed hair and opted to save it with a trim, and encouraged me to continue to grow it. 3 months later I'm happy with my decision and I'm about to go in for another trim! read more

Why can't you give zero stars? That's what this establishment deserves. Took the two kids for a quick cut and style. The 13-year-old boy came in with Jonas brothers style hair and left looking like a new recruit in the Army. So that's just a trim huh? After the bottom layer had been buzzed I jumped over in an attempt to save the boy. But the hair stylist (if we can even call her that) didn't even stop buzzing. She said, "Oh, he said a 3 and a 5". Okay, well, I'm saying stop! Then she lectured the 13-year old until he cried about how he must tell her the proper numbers before he sits down. Seriously there were tears. To get the 10-year-old girl's hair blow dried after her cut? $40. And yes, that's on top of a fee for shampoo and a fee for cutting. My total was $58 for her. Just totally insane. When I asked about the price breakdown, I wasn't able to view a price breakdown or understand what costs what and why, I was just told that's the cost of blow drying for everyone. July 14, 2024. Armina did a great job! 5 STARS for her. She has cut my hair numerous times in the past and that is why I requested her. Beyond Armina, it was a disappointing experience! I had to wait in an empty shop for about 10 minutes. That was not the problem Armina was in lunch and I have no problem waiting for the stylist I requested. The problem lay in the fact that two others, another stylist (blue hair) and the cashier (blue and white striped shirt), were openly gossiping about friends and the affairs they are having. This is entirely inappropriate work conversation. At least in front of waiting customers. After I was seated in the chair and my service begun, the blue haired worker began singing along to the music being played the shop. She continued singing along until she walked to the back. As if that were not enough, from the mirrors, I could see the one in the striped shirt picked and rubbed their nose. They did NOT clean their hand. They then processed to touch things on the desk. Perhaps it's just because the store manager was not there. Either way, those two need lessons on appropriate workplace behavior. read more

I've been to this Supercuts multiple times and though my experiences before weren't the best the one today takes the cake. Went it to see how long the wait would be to get a wash cut and blow dry. The girl at the counter said 15 mins and a stylist turn around and very rude said "That will be between $50 and $70 depending on how thick and long your hair is" which I have NEVER had someone tell me my hair cut cost would depend on how long my hair is. but I told her that was fine and she said "probably more!" I said "More than $70?!" she said yes. she seemed annoyed that I wanted more than just a cut when when I told her that was fine she just acted like it was annoying I wanted a cut. I told her thanks but no thanks Ulta charges me $55 and I get all I asked for here PLUS a conditioning treatment. I wouldn't take my dog here with the horrible service. read more

I got a haircut here 12 days ago. I was in a rush because of an upcoming vacation, so I just popped in. There was a 30 minute wait, so I waited it out. I asked for a super simple cut- one length, all around. My hair is wavy, but I did not expect it to be difficult. Fast forward to today, when I decide to straighten it and it's so uneven in the back. It looks awful. I called and politely asked for them to fix it- they declined and said their policy is that it had to be done within 7 days, which meant I had to pay full price again- even though THEY screwed up. 3 stars is "A-OK", 4 is "Yay I'm a fan" and I'm letting you know just in case you don't understand the star rating or think that 3 stars is a low rating. I am not necessarily a fan of Supercuts but they are in fact OK. I've been to a few different locations and I have never left thinking I need to schedule my son's next appointment. My son has a regular barber but if I need to get him a haircut and he happens to be closed, I look around for the nearest place to give him that urgent haircut. Supercuts is everywhere so... in we go. The people working here were very polite. The woman giving my son his haircut was nice and offered him a lollipop afterwards which was very sweet. Customer service is not a problem at all at this location. The reason for A-OK is because the haircut was not the greatest. Some areas looked very choppy and there was not good transition between the top hair that is longer down to the neckline which was shorter. I asked her to make it as short in the back as possible but still he could have gone shorter. She used both the scissors and the clippers so I thought it wouldn't be hard. I didn't want him showing scalp but close enough. The haircut worked because he had grown it out longer than he likes it but it's not my favorite or his favorite place to go to. At least he didn't end up with a hairline that made him look like he had a crooked 10 inch forehead like at one of the other Supercuts. True story. read more

We've been coming to this location for a couple years. My son has sensory struggles and has always had a very hard time with haircuts. We discovered Armina at this location and he now has no problems getting a cut. She's so great and keeps him entertained and asks him tons of questions. No one has ever gotten close with the clippers and she did a full haircut with clippers today!!! This is huge for him. If you have a young child with sensory overload I HIGHLY recommend Armina. read more

Had switched from night shift to day shift for training, and being done for the day at 4:00 pm and not knowing what to do with myself, I decided I needed a haircut, and they were on the way home. Decent pricing....and I am happy with the service. I like the "good participation" by my stylist (damn it, can't remember her name). She is Armenian....the reason I know, when I made a joke about being Eastern European, almost fully Romanian, she told me. When I proceeded to tell her my part to stage a coup d'etat, use Russian Military in exchange for my northern border with Ukraine for Russia to put missles, I would then arm the Armenians to take back the land the Turks took from my hero, nee ancestor, Vlad Tepes. She laughed, wished me good luck, and thanked me for looking out for her people. I am sure they deal with crazy people all the time, but for to have fun with the conversation, it was just awesome. This morning I woke up angry with my hair that was almost down to my waist and incredibly thick and unruly. I walked into this Supercuts Location about 30 minutes after it opened. I was greeted immediately, when asked what she could help me with I replied that I needed all this hair off. Get rid of it. It's too hot and too much work. Stephanie is the stylist who cut my hair. She was friendly and professional. Did exactly what I wanted (even though my request was vague stating simply the length and that what was left needed to be less lol) the end result was better than I had even dreamed! The price was fantastic, she recommended some excellent products with no pressure to purchase. All this was done in less than an hour. I couldn't be more happy with my visit today!! Did not listen when I specifically asked not to cut 5 inches off. Told the woman multiple times, nor was it necessary to cut that much off. Told her to cut no more than 2 inches, if it was needed. I hate giving Supercuts a less than perfect review, having enjoyed working for the company a while ago. There was nothing wrong with the place itself, everything was clean, the products were organized, etc etc. Right when I walked in the front door though I felt like I was annoying all the employees in there. The receptionist wasn't up front to sign me in (she wasn't on break....just in the back somewhere) and a couple of the hairdressers just stared at me. When the receptionist finally came up, she was rude and dressed totally ridiculously. This is Supercuts....not a Lady Gaga concert. While I was waiting, I noticed she was rude to every single person who came in. How does this girl have a job in customer service?? The only reason I'm not giving this place one star is because Sara did a decent job on my hair, and once I initiated a conversation with her she was nice. read more

During my most recent visit Meri the shift manager was awesome, very genuinely polite, gave me the exact haircut I wanted, and was able to get me in and out in about 15 minutes.
