He took the time to give me his advice and explain things to me, and I really appreciated that. One thing I noticed right away was how everyone works together and helps each other. It gives the salon such a positive, welcoming feeling. You can tell there is a real sense of teamwork there, and that says a lot about the people who work there. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Even the owner's mom was so sweet! I didn't get a chance to talk with her much, but she made sure I was taken care of quickly, and I really appreciated that. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. My color is always spot on, and she knows I'm picky about how my hair lays. I like a lived-in look that requires minimal styling, and she gets exactly what I mean. I also love that her approach gives me the ability to do a high-maintenance service while keeping it low maintenance between visits. My hair grows out well and still looks good until I can get back into her chair. The salon is conveniently located without having to sit in traffic to get to Murrieta or Temecula, which is a huge plus. I'm glad I finally found someone who gets what I need since relocating from OC. Highly recommend!

By 8:30 AM, we were still waiting and no one had arrived to open the doors. This is extremely disappointing and shows a lack of organization and accountability. There should be a lockbox or another employee who is trusted with a key so the store can open on time if the person responsible is unavailable. Customers shouldn't have to wait outside for 30+ minutes just to get into a business during its posted hours. Hopefully management addresses this issue so it doesn't happen again.
