Simple things like getting the same length on both sides, like not cutting my hair whorl so short that the hairs sticks up (cow lick). Too many other "stylist" mess up the simple things. Do not make the mistake of thinking that an online check-in means anything at all. It means nothing. They will take the people who walk in first, with no check-in at all over you. It's a complete waste of your time. Additionally, one of the stylist completely whacked my hair. They offer the ability to come back within five days and get it corrected, but that doesn't exactly work if it doesn't meet up with your work schedule and if you'd like to avoid that stylist. 14 weeks later, I went back to give them another chance after I had some re-growth, and was met with the scheduling fiasco. Simply put I just won't be going back and I'll find someplace else to get my haircut where a check-in actually means something and I don't run the risk of my hair getting ruined for 14 weeks by an incompetent stylist. read more

I asked if they have a curl specialist and she laughed in my face saying there's no such thing as a curl specialist and that they can do all hair. I said there is such thing which is why I asked. then I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was one so I asked if I can speak to someone else and she expressed there was no one who does 4a-c hair types. Ladies ask questions. If I could put a 0/10 I would. I've never been mocked before for asking a simple question that should be encouraged. I will never ever ever come here. Came in for my daughters 2nd haircut and was not pleased with the results. Her hair is barely wavey, and somehow, her haircut is botched all at the bottom, very uneven and horrible looking. I like to give a company a try again before judging, but this is my second time here, and they also botched my hair, which I had assumed because it is more curly. I had asked ahead of time if my hair is something they are able to work with and cut correctly, and they had assured me that, of course, it is, but once it dried, I hated it. Love this location! I've been going here for as long as I can remember and I always experience fantastic service. All of the stylists are extremely friendly and professional, and it's always nice catching up with them will I'm getting a haircut. I've seriously never interacted with someone here that was rude or unprofessional, which is so nice. I also find that the stylists really listen to what you want when it comes to your hair style, and my haircut is always on point. As far as pricing goes, I find them to be quite reasonable. $23 for a standard haircut isn't bad, considering that many private salons will charge at least double that. I think that you truly do get good value for your money here. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in need of a haircut. Everyone is so kind and the prices are pretty good. read more

I went to get my hair dye they told me that there were a lot of people in front of me and i understand that, so i asked for a appointment and they took my name and told me to come back in 1 hour so i did, when i went back (1 hour later) they call my name and I asked for hair dye they told that they can not do it because they had a lot of people waiting, is a long process and that they did a lot of hair dye and honestly i don't care how long it takes or how many people got the same procedure i went for a service and they promise me they were going to do it. THEY FAIL. they offer me a haircut instead, lady i don't need a hair cut i want my hair dye, and appointment means that they are committed to provide service. IDIOTS. This location is amazing and is our new family spot!! This specific Supercuts has been the best!! I like to try out other small name businesses for the family, but it has been a tough road. I get very nitpicky when the boys come home with weird cuts, uneven fades or horrible cowlicks. I got tired of the uncertainty! My husband and son's hair always ends up perfect! Most salons or barbers we've tried have been a gamble with end results, or are overpriced for the experience. I also recently requested a drastic hair change, and the woman was more than helpful/patient with my impulsiveness and indecisiveness. And the owner is amazing!! There was a small patch of hair that peeved me, and she fixed it right up!!! She is always very legit and pleasant to be around. You don't feel like your just another chore! I called for an appointment this morning and they were able to get me right in. Yessika cut my hair exactly like I asked. She was quick but efficient. I was able to leave my mask on, just removing each side when she cut around my ears. I felt safe and protected with the measures this business has put in place for covid. Recently I had a color job done and they charge very high, yes it a good job but so do other salons that charge less. I really wanted to love this place. I called ahead and specifically asked if someone their knew how to do a double braid on my daughter who had long, extremely thick, thick hair. I was told yes. Checked in and waited a short time. I'm not gonna lie, when u saw the gal who was gonna do it, I was worried. She has shorter thin hair. We paid for a wash, cut and french braid, total $42.00. My daughters hair looked cute and she did a decent job, but the bottom of the braids were loose. Walking to the car it was opening up. The lady had told me she put something on my daughters hair so she wouldn't have to wash it for a couple of days. 3 days later when we took the braids out my daughters hair was shiny and beautiful. I really wanted to know what the product used was, so I could buy a bunch of it. I called on Saturday the next day I knew she was working. I was told she was not in until 2 and to call back at 2:05. I called back at that time and was told she was with a client. I asked the girl on the phone if she knew what product she used so I could come by it. She said she would ask her. The lady said she didn't remember. She said tell us to come down to see if she could remember. I did not go down, because I was not happy with paying that much $ and the braids being loose. I had also told the girl I wanted to come back on Sunday to get her hair washed and braided again for the first day of school. I didn't return because of the loose braids and unwillingness to help with a product sale. read more

Honestly I've been getting my hair cut for a few years now from this location. I do have a different stylist every time I go in here as one hasn't really stuck out for me. The only real reason I go into super cuts is the prices are decent for what I get. One stylist I had (an older lady) was kinda rude when she did my hair last. I told her what I WANTED and she kinda made her own suggestions even after I said it multiple times. Luckily my hair didn't get to out of place. Another time I got my eyebrows down after my hair cut and they never trimmed them as well as using the wax. Personally never had someone forget to trim them.
