I came in hair to get my hair trimmed and what happened is a disaster that's going to take 2 months to fix. The cutter couldn't follow clear simple instructions. I went to another great clips location to have it "fixed" or salvaged. It still looks really bad. I felt like because someone was behind me in line I was being rushed out of the chair so the cutter could get as many customers as possible so he wasn't following any directions and going way to fast.
