My 2nd HydroFacial with Ja'Nice was much more thorough than my first. I felt Ja'Nice really took the time to unclog the most congested areas of my face and I left feeling clean and hydrated! I look forward to booking with both of them again. The Spa has a nice quiet waiting area with a roaring fireplace to keep you calm and cozy. The women's locker room is always clean and I appreciate the complimentary water, tea, and coffee. I enjoy arriving early for my appointments so I can curl up on the couch and read my current book to get Zen. Parking is limited as it is shared with the other tenants in the building, but I haven't had an issue finding a spot. Can't wait to schedule my next treatment!

When I went to the front desk the woman was completely unapologetic and offered no reason for the delay. If I had been 20 minutes late to the appointment as the customer, I would have been charged for the service regardless but they didn't even offer me an explanation, just agreed to let me cancel the appointment. Their attitudes were so careless, I'll never go back.

My trial was done on one of the hottest days of last summer in Minneapolis (over 100 degrees) - and my makeup stayed in tact! My hair did as well for the most part, but I don't blame it due to the immense amount of sweat I was working with. The day of my team was timely and helpful - they even agreed to add lashes to someone not on the original list since there was extra time. Alana did airbrush & lashes on me and I felt incredibly beautiful - she made the adjustments I asked for during my trial with ease. I am very fair and have trouble finding the right color makeup - Alana color matched me perfectly. I can attest that my makeup lasted until 2am after being outside in 85 degrees most of the day! My hair was exactly how I asked, simple and wavy. As mentioned in my trial, it did fall throughout the night due to the heat, but the tease for my veil stayed and I think it fell beautifully. We even had some hair touch ups while getting ready, which was so helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend Alana and her team to any bride out there!

My hair trial with them looked almost nothing like the images I had shown them for inspiration, and honestly just looked bad. I was told the style I was looking for was impossible because of the thin quality of my hair, so what I saw was the best I would be able to get. Despite the trial not going as I had hoped, I figured that I was getting what I paid for with a less expensive company. Plans were put in place for one artist to do the few hairstyles we needed starting at 6 in the morning. 5 days before our wedding, I was told that our schedule would need to be moved up to 4:40 in the morning. When I asked if we could go back to the original 6 AM time, I was told that my artist had booked a wedding an hour away that she would not have time to get to unless we started that early. When I immediately responded asking for a phone call to further discuss, I did not hear back from them until two days later, now three days before my wedding. In the time that I did not hear back, I decided that I was not comfortable with the unprofessionalism coming from this company and completely pivoted to a new company, Primped. Without a hair trial, my day of look came out exactly as the inspiration photos that I had initially hoped for. Primped was extremely pleasant, gave us two artists, and started at 6:30 in the morning. This was only a couple hundred dollars more, and it was worth every single penny. I would not recommend this company to anyone, even on a budget. I would have been better off having my hair done by a friend. I am posting here after attempting to post on The Knot, where my review was disputed. On what basis, I'm not sure.
