Apparently my son and I's life is not important and I was expected to drive 30 minutes in a torrential downpour for a hair appointment. I was trying to reschedule for a soon as possible as I had full intentions of coming back to the salon as soon as I could even with the same stylist. I will never return. The Lady that was there said that we should of made sure we had received a text message that morning confirming the appointment. Keep in mind it had already been confirmed 3 weeks in advanced. . I was extremely disappointed and left. Even then I waited for a call back. And didn't hear anything until a couple days later. Never will I ever go there or even recommend it.
