I called a few days after I scheduled the appointment and left a message asking if they had an appointment available sooner (the Saturday before), but if not, we could just leave it as is. I never heard back, but I'm assuming it's because she didn't have anything available. I noticed that there was no option to cancel or reschedule on the website or from the email confirmation, which was disappointing. The day before the appointment I received a text confirmation and it gave an option to cancel. I was also worried about being able to find the suite once I got to the building, but on the last confirmation email, it gave instructions on where to turn when you walk in, so that was helpful. It was my daughter's first time to get waxed and the waxologist was really nice and made us comfortable. I told her I just wanted her brows cleaned up and not much taken off, and thankfully she was conservative with the wax. My daughter really likes her new eyebrows. My only complaint is the inability to reschedule or cancel easily. Since I had to give my credit card to reserve the appt, it's concerning that I might not receive a call back if I ever need to cancel or reschedule, and then might get charged for it. But I will return to her in the future and hopefully won't need to reschedule.
