She told me all she offered was hard wax and I was skeptical about it nevertheless she reassured me she wasn't heavy handed. This was the BEST wax I have had in a very long time. The shop is so cute on the inside. It is just her who works there so that definitely was a plus to me to know that when I booked again it would be just her instead of another waxer if she was booked. So that scored more points with me. She also gave me tips on getting waxed, things no one has ever told me about waxing.. for an example "breathing" lol I normally just hold me breath when it comes to pulling the wax off but if you just breathe during the whole process it would hurt much less.
