Worst haircut ever. We left and my daughter's hair was dripping wet. Since I couldn't be in there I didn't realize how bad the cut was. It took her all of three minutes to cut her hair. This is your average Great Clips. Yes it's a new location, so that makes it clean and new looking. It seems to be always busy. The stylists are nice and will talk with you while cutting your hair. Mine even made suggestions about my hair style and told me what she'd think look good. I was happy with how it was cut and the price raise hasn't hit this location yet, so it was cheaper then my normal Great Clips. read more

I managed to find the absolute worst hairstylist ever. And she works here. Did nothing I asked her to do for my sons hair. It was crooked, uneven and took her less than 5 minutes to complete. I told her do not take off any length, but she cut all of his length off. Add to that her sour face , no smile and crap attitude and that's what makes this great clips location so terrible. read more

I have had perfect haircuts done here that I love, most by Cierra. She is amazing and she has never given me anything less than a perfect haircut, and she has cut my hair multiple times. Today, I had the worst haircut I have ever received. I don't know what her name is but she must be new because I have never seen her there before. I absolutely hate it and I had to go back to have my sideburns evened because they were so uneven. And she cut them above my ear I don't understand why she did that. I just can't even believe how bad this looks and I am going to Nashville for 4 days for my friends 21st. I am beyond disappointed. I am a 18 yo male btw. My stylist was Regina who did an excellent job and if you hear or read that Regina listens to what you would like 'believe it' because she does.. Regina gave me the exact hair cut that I wanted the first time since I moved to Florida in 1995.. Family haircut day was a success! My daughter, three years old, got her first haircut today and she did great. They had a lollipop available for her and gave her a balloon of her color choice when she was done. My first time getting my haircut in three months and having fine hair I asked to cut the split ends and make it look healthier, I ended up with medium length hair with layers and shape around my face. New location will never go in and will write local review. Wife went today. Only 1 customer in the store. Wife was asked if made reservation on line. Said "no". Lady said takes on line reservations 1st. But shouldn't be long with no one in. Wife sat down & a family came in aftet her along with 4 other people. Wife waited and lady called the family "walkin" before her. My wife asked what was up and the lady said "your name wasn't written down" wife said you never asked for it. Lady said I'll put your ne on the bottom behind 4 more people she was there before them. My wife walked out. Very unprofessional. I am new to the area and have not found a beautician yet to cut my hair. Got a coupon to try Great Clips so I went yesterday. I cannot believe what a terrible job they did on my hair. I had photos to show them of what a good haircut looks like on me and even though I showed her I still got the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. The lady kept asking me to feel my hair and tell her if it felt right. I don't usually feel my hair to see if it feels right. What was that all about???
