Due to this, my boyfriend decided to end the appointment. He didn't want to make her uncomfortable or have himself feel uncomfortable. After she was done, I told her I wanted it shorter as the picture shows. Then I had to have her trim the sides because she barely cut them and the cut I showed her was a big difference from my hair then. I wanted volume at the top but she said she would cut underneath on my crown to give volume but it didn't. I came home and did a lot of trimming to get it a little more like I wanted it but because I'm not a pro, it still isn't what I want. I'll let it grow and go somewhere else.
