If he ever did take a Vidal Sassoon class it doesn't reflect in his work. He screwed up a simple bob three times. I cannot refer anyone to him because he's a train wreck. He says he owned a salon before he was 21, but now he's over 75 and says he can't afford to retire. Never happened like this before Extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no communication. When I asked, I was told I could reschedule--as if my time didn't matter. The reason given was that a previous bridal appointment ran late. That is not the customer's responsibility. If schedules run behind, communicate and manage it properly. I had planned my day around this appointment, and this level of disregard is unacceptable. This reflects poor management and lack of respect for customers' time. Big salon chains may not care about individual experiences, but this should not be normalized.
