When I asked, I was told I could reschedule--as if my time didn't matter. The reason given was that a previous bridal appointment ran late. That is not the customer's responsibility. If schedules run behind, communicate and manage it properly. I had planned my day around this appointment, and this level of disregard is unacceptable. This reflects poor management and lack of respect for customers' time. Big salon chains may not care about individual experiences, but this should not be normalized.
