Got my 1st haircut since the Covid crap started. Used the online check-in and was greeted by Sarah who was warm and welcoming. Sarah did a great job on my haircut and it was a pleasure chatting with her even with our masks on. Bonus points because my wife loves the cut as well. Refused service, wouldn't even make eye contact with my mixed race family after we put our name in and were next. She tried to take another customer who came after us even when that customer protested because we were next. The woman told me she would cut my son's hair another day. I have my suspicions as to why this woman refused to look at us, talk to us and refused to serve us. This was an older blond white woman with thin bad hair. When I requested to speak to her boss, the woman claimed to own the place and refused to give me the owner or her bosses contact information. I knew she was not telling the truth. This was the most horrible and blatant incident I have witnessed. Disgusting, will never return and will call the real owner! Update: I talked to the owner and the company. They were both nice and assured me this was not normal and they will look into it. I believe them and this is probably one bad employee. Hopefully they take care of the problem. read more

10/10 will come here again; Sandy is an absolute angel! I came in with a horrible cut in desperate need of fixing and she reshaped everything exactly as I asked for and I walked out looking like myself again. Super clean shop, short wait time, and a wonderful experience. Sandy made me feel super comfortable (having looked like I previously had been attacked by a lawnmower), I was a little worried, but my hair came out perfectly because she listened and knows her craft. With short hair, you need someone you can trust, and Sandy is that person. True pro. Will definitely make the trip out here again!!! read more

Sooooo again I decided to give the shop another chance lol coz I got a 6.99 haircut and worst mistake everrrrrri was stuck with the manager she made it very clear how she has changed the shop and all she did was talk about herself her gay uncle her Italian family and now she's gay. Truthfully she looks kinda dikie. She also walks around like she is the owner of the place. The hair cut sucked and I prefer not hearing someone talk so much about themselves and what they have done in life. I just wanted a damn haircut. Wtf!!!!! The store closes at 5, but when I showed up around 4:10 the doors were already locked and nobody came to open the door. I went twice. I had to have my hair fixed after it was cut.. My hair is difficult to work with but being a seasoned professional I was disappointed. THEN. I brought my son. How can you completely butcher a simple little boys hair cut? His bangs cut straight across his forehead so he looked like Lloyd Christmas. I refused to leave with him like that, so she just buzzed the whole top of his head! No fade, no graduation. His side burns straight across. His neck lopsided. I can't believe this place. That was the shortest haircut, both by time spent and by hair length, I've ever had. "How would you like it?" "Shorter" "With clippers?" "Scissors" But she started with the clippers. I'm in my 20s and now the haircut makes me look 40. At least hair grows back. read more

This was one of the worst places I've been for a haircut. There was only one woman there when I went and she did a terrible job. She kept cutting my ears with the trimmer while doing the sides and the top was no better. The top afterwords had long hair that she just completely missed during the 2min haircut. She had no care for her work at all and was a miserable person to be around. And when she thought it was good enough, she just said ok we're done. And when I replied saying that it was not good enough and the sides hadn't been blended at all, she just said she already did them. Overall a horrible experience and immediately after I left I went elsewhere to have the haircut fixed. read more

I came here as it was too busy in Hyannis, and it was $10 for a haircut... Looks very very clean when you walk in, but is deceiving. Sanitization and cleanliness was below average. Scissors for cutting hair were NOT sanitized as hair from the previous customer remained on it and they weren't places in the sanitizing container. Those scissors were then used on the next customer (me), along with the towels. The cape was not clean, as hairs were still on it. I had the hair cutter redo my haircut 2 more times, as the first time she left it way to long, as I asked for 2 inches off but cut 1/2 an inch. The second time I saw the back of my head as the ENTIRE right side of my head was uneven as was going diagonal. Overall service was 3/5, as my hair dresser seemed to be more interested to get to know the client next to me. read more
