Owner is very rude! My significant other and I were pulling into the parking lot, minding our own business. She came out of nowhere with the most disgusting attitude - rolling her eyes, shaking her head, and making some unnecessary remarks under her breath. For what reason? I honestly have no idea. There was absolutely zero need to be that way towards two individuals who did nothing wrong. Her behavior was appalling! I've been to many different hair salons to get my hair done - cut, roots colored, highlights, etc. Great Clips being one of them, years ago. This woman has changed my opinion on this establishment. I should not have to feel like this. But in all honestly I do - and it's because of how poorly I was treated by someone. We all have our bad days. I get it. I've been coming here for my haircuts for about a year now and have had a few different stylists. They're all very friendly, and I've always been pleased with my haircuts. I find them to be very reasonably priced, and I appreciate that the stylists take their time, unlike other places where it seems like everyone is in a rush. They also offer an online check-in system to reduce waiting times. I really appreciate that they take walk-ins, and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. They're open seven days a week. On weekdays, they're open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and on Sundays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. read more

I checked in online , got a text about an hour after "checking in" the text told me it was 15 mins. until my appointment. I drove there in 9 mins. My name was #1 on the TV screen, the lady was cutting someone's hair and asked me who I was , I told her #1 on your screen she said OK no problem There was a man and a little kid sitting waiting. When she was done cutting someone's hair she cleaned up and looked at the man sitting and said your next. I said I thought I was #1, she mumbled something, but the mans name was #2. Super cheap, super fast, and super friendly! We have visited twice, they offer an online check in. Your name appears on the screen in what order you'll be called, great for easy cuts, no dying to my knowledge only haircuts. Salon products offered are their own brand & Paul Mitchell, Sexy Hair, & Matrix. They have the Wet Brush for sale too. They are right next door to a really great new Starbucks too. I have gone here twice now and gotten pretty bad haircuts both times that I usually have to fix myself when I get home. My wife gets coupons for $8 haircuts all the time and talked me into going and giving it another try. I reluctantly oblidged and we journeyed to great clips. We we're greeted by an unenthused employee. The first question he asked me was if I was planning to use a coupon, to which I replied yes. He informed me that it wasn't valid. I asked if he could just honor it, I mean the point of a coupon is to entice a customer to come to the store and I was there. He looked me up in the system and saw that I only come in twice per year replied "What, you can't read?It says it won't work for 2 more days." I walked out. Apparently this wasn't the first time this had happened to them today. What made me upset was not that the coupon was rejected, it is the principle of how it was done. By rejecting it based on the fact that I am not a frequent customer is discrimination. There are better ways to say that you can't accept a coupon than insulting your customer. While this is common sense, it is still revolting to me as the owner of an online startup and graduate from business school. I will never come back to this store and anticipate the day management runs it into the ground so I can go there on the day they announce that they are going out of business and hand them another coupon for an $8 haircut that isn't valid for 2 more days and see if they will take my money then. read more

They should change their name to "mediocre at best" haircuts after getting a drilling about trying to pull every bit of information from me they took up too much time I was told to go back onto my car where it was raining quite hard and then got a call to come back in with Jennifer proceeded to botch up my hair pretty badly. Had a GREAT experience with Keri today! Keri was above and beyond all expectations I had when bringing my 3 year old in today. I have not had great experiences bringing my son to Great Clips in the past so I was very hesitant to bring him in today and if there wasn't a long line at the car wash next door I wouldn't have done it. Keri was so patient and engaging with my son and even gave him time to "wiggle" every once in a while. She was awesome! The haircut was great also, not the regular hurry up and cut type of chop jobs my son has had in the past. This place was not very inviting, long wait and botched bowl cut on my son. I've gone three times and each time it's differant people which really takes a toll on my anxiety (I dislike new people). This place is cheap but they can't even cut a simple boy haircut, I asked them to cut the side shorter than the top like a ball face hair style but they just cut the side and the top same length!
