From start to finish, my experience with WEHR RV in Springfield was absolutely fantastic! I…read moreinitially found a camper I was interested in on Facebook Marketplace and reached out with a few questions. Michael was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful from the beginning. When I made the trip to Springfield, I was greeted by the nicest young man, Chris. I let him know I had been working with Michael, who was assisting another customer at the time, and Chris stepped right in without missing a beat. He took plenty of time to walk me through the camper and never made me feel rushed. I scheduled a follow-up appointment the next week for a full walkthrough, and that experience was just as impressive. Vincent helped us, and he was outstanding--he thoroughly explained how everything worked and answered every single question we had with patience and professionalism. Roy and the team in parts and accessories were also wonderful. They helped us find everything we needed (and wanted!) to get fully set up. Overall, the entire team at WEHR RV made this such a smooth, enjoyable process. Excellent customer service all the way around--I highly recommend them!

Lee did an excellent job making sure we understood everything during our walk through. Very accommodating on scheduling a day to bring in our trade and pick up new one. We would gladly do business with them again.

Fantastic service! We were in town briefly with our converted van and the AC quit working (in…read moreJune). We pulled up to this place and they graciously took us in immediately (despite having several weeks of work on other vehicles). The guy was able to diagnose and fix the problem and get us back on the road pretty quickly. Would absolutely recommend this place. Honest and fair!

We are New in Town. (We all know how that is, don't we? Most of us have been " new" to some town,…read moresomewhere... Yes the games being played towards the "outsiders"...) We were referred to them. We went in twice, bought stuff because we didn't want to bother them for free with our questions when they were not busy at all when they had no one in there. And even that, they still discriminated us with (a mid-aged guy and the young choppy girl with a pair of glasses, both are short below 5'5") They blew us off because they thought we were there for free stuff with discriminating remarks " I can't order anything gor you for free, I gotta make $"... ( Um, why did they think we were there? Oh, trying to give them $$$!) The young woman with glasses, acting with the guy throwing remarks in between "look at the craps made in China", loudly shouting to make sure we heard her, the rest of the world heard her. What's wrong with what she said? nothing EXCEPT: she purposely did it for political purpose, to discriminate and shame me, the customer who happened to be a Chinese-American, 100% Chinese by looks and gene. Now you know why she said what she said? We, as customers, out of towners, were referred to Thomas and sons by multiple stores including camping world down the street. My Caucasian-American husband is 55, I am 42, do we look we are stupid? The lesson they are learning is: 1. I will not be giving any business to them. I currently need services, and I have found plenty of other places to go. 2. Before I had a chance to give them some businesse$ (which exactly why we went back there for), their small minded mentality which led them to play small minded games, already bankrupt them.

We then found this Grand Design online and reached out to salesman, Austin who was patient and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions - Once the deal was made, we drove the 5 hours and made contact with David who was extremely helpful and honest with questions about financing, - Austin was off work the day we arrived , so we met with Dale. He was awesome, helping us with with hooking up to our truck and other questions about camping and towing -then Nya showed us every feature about the camper - she was kind, patient and knowledgable. Once we made it into the business office to finalize the paperwork we worked with Darwin - who was also extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy at all. Overall our experience at Camper World was perfect! - would recommend to anyone looking for a Rv - especially if interested in Grand Design as they appear to have a large selection.
