When I made the trip to Springfield, I was greeted by the nicest young man, Chris. I let him know I had been working with Michael, who was assisting another customer at the time, and Chris stepped right in without missing a beat. He took plenty of time to walk me through the camper and never made me feel rushed. I scheduled a follow-up appointment the next week for a full walkthrough, and that experience was just as impressive. Vincent helped us, and he was outstanding--he thoroughly explained how everything worked and answered every single question we had with patience and professionalism. Roy and the team in parts and accessories were also wonderful. They helped us find everything we needed (and wanted!) to get fully set up. Incredibly slow service and very rude! Back in January, I…read morebought an engine from them through my usual mechanic. The engine broke down 3 weeks ago. It spent the 1st week at the other mechanic waiting for All Parts to get back to them with warranty information. It has spent the last 2 weeks at All Parts waiting to be repaired. Any time they have said that they would call me back, they have not; I have to call them only to be told that the person I need to talk to is not there for some reason. When I finally did get a hold of someone who knew about my car, they have accused me of not maintaining my car (though the oil was changed less than the recommended 6000 miles ago) and have threatened not to honor the warranty repeatedly for this reason. They talked down to me and treated me like a spoiled child when I called to find out why my car wasn't finished yet. I was told by the other mechanic (prior to warranty issues) that the repair should take 4-5 hours, and my car isn't supposed to be done for another week!!

Greene county sheriffs and city po verified it was not released . We want compensated for their failure to follow the law. Ironic since they have the city contract. it does not mean they are above the law. This is STEALING . And why not talk to us? looks shady .
