When I made the trip to Springfield, I was greeted by the nicest young man, Chris. I let him know I had been working with Michael, who was assisting another customer at the time, and Chris stepped right in without missing a beat. He took plenty of time to walk me through the camper and never made me feel rushed. I scheduled a follow-up appointment the next week for a full walkthrough, and that experience was just as impressive. Vincent helped us, and he was outstanding--he thoroughly explained how everything worked and answered every single question we had with patience and professionalism. Roy and the team in parts and accessories were also wonderful. They helped us find everything we needed (and wanted!) to get fully set up. They tested it and it was a fuse, which was not covered by our warranty policy and we paid out of pocket. We had them fix it and assumed when we picked it up it would be working. After the 3 hour drive home, the house batteries still do not charge. It appears that after replacing the fuse, no one tested to see if it actually fixed the problem. They had the airstream for over a month. I tried calling immediately and did not receive a call back that day even though I left a message and called multiple times. I would have expected that once a repair is made that it be confirmed that it is resolved before charging me.
