They tested it and it was a fuse, which was not covered by our warranty policy and we paid out of pocket. We had them fix it and assumed when we picked it up it would be working. After the 3 hour drive home, the house batteries still do not charge. It appears that after replacing the fuse, no one tested to see if it actually fixed the problem. They had the airstream for over a month. I tried calling immediately and did not receive a call back that day even though I left a message and called multiple times. I would have expected that once a repair is made that it be confirmed that it is resolved before charging me.

We then found this Grand Design online and reached out to salesman, Austin who was patient and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions - Once the deal was made, we drove the 5 hours and made contact with David who was extremely helpful and honest with questions about financing, - Austin was off work the day we arrived , so we met with Dale. He was awesome, helping us with with hooking up to our truck and other questions about camping and towing -then Nya showed us every feature about the camper - she was kind, patient and knowledgable. Once we made it into the business office to finalize the paperwork we worked with Darwin - who was also extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly not pushy at all. Overall our experience at Camper World was perfect! - would recommend to anyone looking for a Rv - especially if interested in Grand Design as they appear to have a large selection.

My husband and I would not fit We need a full mattress. What do you want? To see another option. Takes me to the second camper on lot. I look still not what I am looking for. When there is a window unit, not roof air, I know I am not interested. What do you want? Maybe see one without bunks? I explained we have owned several campers over the years, but it has been awhile. I know what I am looking for. I know what to check for. I just want to see options, different layouts. I was under the impression that you take trade ins and really was shopping to see what was available. Again, what do you want? I was so frustrated ! I was shown 3 campers because I insisted to see them. Travis would have shown me just 1. By the way, as we were leaving, I asked what his name was because a good salesman introduces himself and shakes my hand. Travis lacked that skill. We've been getting the run around if we get someone to answer. So many problems from the beginning. Definitely a shady dealership with questionable employees from the location to corporate. Their word is not worth anything. Michael Watkins at corporate claimed to pride himself on that and ended up being one of the worst at honoring his word. Only rating 1 star because it's forcing me to. I'd give no stars.

We decided what the heck it is what we want and the price was something we could not say no to. We were not able to arrange our time off for nearly a month and they held it for us for a very small deposit. It is at 27 Hour Drive and with road construction we ended being a couple hours late. They were still very nice, friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable people and we will recommend them to people in the future. He was hoping I could help. I went to the computer to find a service near him - and Albert's Mobile RV Service was the first company listed, and they had a 5 star rating. My phone call was answered by a delightful friendly voice. I informed him of the problem my client has and asked if he works in Marshfield, MO; and if he could repair/replace the water heater supply lines on his Star Craft RV. They work in that area, and are capable to handle my client's needs. The call was so pleasant I will refer them moving forward!
