My teeth do not look or feel clean at all. He told me I have "a few" cavities that need filled and that he would write down for me where they were. He didn't. He told me that I have to get my wisdom teeth removed, and my front tooth fixed. Every time I asked him a question about either of those he just told me just to go to Case Western. He was clearly annoyed that I kept asking questions and told me 7 times just to go elsewhere. Mere minutes after I left the office and was sitting in my car, he walked out and left before I had even turned my car on. It is evident that he had other places to be and and rushed my appointment. It was rude and unprofessional. A complete waste of my $40 copay, especially since I will need to get a real cleaning for my teeth after his terrible job. The next day I called and asked to speak to Dr. Hayat Ali directly. I figured that since it is her practice that she deserves to know how her staff is conducting themselves. I was informed that Dr. Ali does not speak on the phone to patients, and that if I wanted to talk to her that I would have to schedule an appointment. I have never heard of a doctor that would not speak to a patient on the phone. Do not waste your time and money like I did! I am not typically a complainer, and have never written a review, but this crossed many lines in my book. Do Not Go Here.

Also, make sure to brush your teeth really REALLY well before going there, because the tooth brushing station looks god-awful of what they have there, and is probably the worst room in the whole place. I can't explain why it's the worst room there, since it's pretty obvious to tell why. Also they put music you can't Shazam all the time and put crappy kid shows on to watch on the TV's, which they barely used since forever. Also when you need to fix your jaw when having an underbite or some crap, don't go here. They are violent against this and it has that headgear that looks stupid compared to the 80's headgear you see in shows and movies, much bigger and much better looking. Also when you need braces there, you have to go through 15 minutes of pain and after that it will hurt for a long time, longer than you think. Also free wifi, it is a good thing overall, but most of us use cellular data these days but it's there for people who need it. The ice-cream turns out you don't need the gloves for it since covid isn't as common as it used to be. Also this used to be a shoe store, in the 90's but who knew the name of this store. But Dr. Lawrence made the biggest mistake in existence and made this heck-hole. So when you have an appointment planned for an orthodontist, don't go here. Worse than school

They cancelled our regular cleanings that were booked 6 months in advance last fall. we were rebooked into the middle of June. They just called to cancel them again and tried to rebook into 2024 because they cannot find a dental hygienist and could not understand why this is an issue.
