The manager still charged me a full price. I was fine with paying it, hoping a retest would be free of charge, but they wanted additional $30 dollars for a retest. I was trying to tell him that most smog stations do the retest free of charge as courtesy. He could have at least just offered to pay additional $8.25 for the smog certificate for the retest, but he still insisted on additional $30. He just didn't care about what I was trying to tell him. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! When I started arguing with him about their customer service, the manager started yelling at me right away. So expect yelling if you have any issues with them! I rather pay somewhere else again rather than come back here again!

He washes everyone's windows, asks you if you want under your hood checked, tire pressure, and more. When was the last time you saw that! His prices range about the same as your every day gas station, even know he is a full-service station.
