To be honest some items are not high quality but many will work depending how you plan to use it. POpshelf was giving Hobby Lobby feels, with Dollar Tree prices. Walked in, immediately greeted by an offer to help, stated what I was looking for and got a personal escort right to the item I needed. In and out in about 5 minutes. Part worked exactly as a replacement for broken item. Miles is a bit further for me than another small box HW store I frequent, but Miles having an online search feature immediately tells me if they have what I need before driving out, which sways me over to them when looking for a unique item.

I finally found blanks, but even with the original and new blanks, I couldn't get it copied. I tried a half a dozen big box stores. It seems all the current machines require that the key matches a pre-defined blank number in the machine database (which mine does not). A perfect example of technology making things more difficult rather than easier. I saw this Ace Hardware on my way home yesterday and stopped in, hoping they could copy it. Well, they had an old key cutting machine - the kind that just duplicates whatever you put in it. The guy made me 2 copies, both of which work perfectly and charged me $0. That's right, $0. Way to go, Miles Ace Hardware - great customer service. You made a customer for life!

Then I went to the car after I'd made my choices, and I looked at it and my deal said $2.90. I was thinking that I had to buy them online to get that deal. So I went back inside after looking and is that I could buy them in the store also, so I thought I was only needing to give the code to the register. I went back and I checked with a woman and she said that NOPE, that was in fact a scam. That they even sent that email to corporate, that identical scam, and if they were trying to work on it. Alarm bells, EVERYONE don't fall victim to that scam. Because Black Friday deals are good! However, like she said, they not gonna giving a $26 candle for $2.90. She did say that there were a lot of people who had already come in because of that ad, so I wasn't alone. So be alert

I pop into Five Below anytime I am in this immediate area whether it be for candy, gifts or just to waste time. This location is where I spend a lot of time gift shopping for my nephews whether it be for their birthdays or Christmas. The candy selection at Five Below is second to none and on my recent trip, they seemed to expand the selection, which was pretty exciting, even for a grown man! Something I also utilize Five Below for is phone accessories. The latest was a trip in with my dad to get all the goods for his new iPhone. We got him a solid case, car charger, wireless charger and screen protector...all for under $20. The store is always packed full of stuff, even the sidewalk has goods, so when it gets busy, it can be hard to navigate, especially with a cart. Service is usually pretty solid at this location. Overall, this Five Below is a decent spot for a variety of things, mostly for the kiddos and occasional random item needed.

Not one of the three (3) employees greeted me. I wet towards the pain to make every attempt to find the color was I looking for and purchase paint, especially since there is a 40% discount. Not one single employee made their way to me to even ask if I needed anything. I obtained some paint colors and left the store at 3:57 PM, to which one person at the register said,"Have a time day.". The audacity to not say hello when I walked in, but they damn sure said goodbye since I was leaving. As I walked to my car, that same employee locked the door at 3:58PM. If the store had cameras, all of this is caught on tape. Shame on management for not teaching their employees better. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE.
