Sean & Harold showed up at 7.55 , ran through our requirements and they just set to. We were booked for the two hour minimum but the guys completed every within just over an hour and twenty. Efficient communication between themselves and us. Very polite, friendly engaging guys who made sure we were happy with everything. Great work and provided us with a service we couldn't have done alone, with lifting heavier items. From first contact with Jonny to delivery by Kevin and Mike we found them to be helpful, professional and efficient. The day of the pick up we had horrible weather. After purchasing the item at Costco, no one left the store due to rain, wind, and lightning. Mike and Kevin waited patiently in the truck for half and hour. Once the rain let up, they met us at the entrance and took the merchandise from us to their truck. We all still got soaked. They followed us to our home and brought the item to our 3rd floor apartment. Each step of the way we maintained contact with them all. Despite the weather (and it was nasty) all went well. She was also able to give me an approximate estimate regarding the timeframe and cost of the move. The day before the move, I was contacted for confirmation. Reed's provided my high-rise condominium with their Certificate Of Insurance . I was contacted by the crew 10 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. Raz and Calvin arrived promptly at 8 am . They securely wrapped all my furniture and kyak and transported them to our new condo in a timely manner. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism and service. There was not a professional mover among the crew, and only the leader had a clue. They broke 5 of the legs on our 6 yr old bedroom set. It now sits directly on floor, making it hard to bend down and open bottom drawers. They also gauged the wood on the side rail of the bed. Our purchased home had a beautiful door which is so chopped up from banging furniture into it along with walls that it has to be sanded and repainted. Pictures were taken by "the kids" and calls made to the office the same day. After 2 1/2 months, of phone calls & emails, we're still fighting for an equitable solution.

They brought some too, along with the dish pack boxes I did not have. The end cost for supplies was astronomical. No way they used that many supplies for inside the box. Yesterday I began to open the boxes looking forward to pulling my new kitchen together. What a disaster. The last half of the kitchen was mostly broken. (See pictures). They were just thrown in the boxes with barely any paper. I literally lost half of our Crate and Barrel plates. Those wrapped in my honeycomb paper I left them survived. I am so disgusted. They tried to charge me for the time they stopped for gas getting to our home. In all fairness, I was refunded when I complained. The girl on the phone was pleasant, but the service was horrible.

Their two men arrived on Friday February 7th and their truck did not have bars for hangers and when asked they told us we needed another truck for this service. Their men complained about hard work and were unwilling to follow our instruction. Before they unloaded the last load, they made a calculation and asked about $ 1 350 00, which was not $ 165 X 4 1/2 hours. They said if I do not pay they will take our belongings and go. As I was trying to call the sheriff's office for help, they left without giving me the bill. With our things were our medications. They left us without medications for the weekend and when the sheriff contacted them they told him they cannot bring our things back even if we pay because they do not work over the weekend and medicines are personal property and they treat it the same with our other belongings. My wife and I (ages 67 and 81), were trying to find medicines over the weekend. When another worker brought our things back after three days, they changed their story and said the bill was not $ 1 350 00 but $ 858. But they presented a new charge for $495 and this was for taking back our things to their warehouse, unloading our items there, store them inside, reload them to their truck, transport and unload them to our house.
