After the initial installation the quality of the work was mediocre at best, the next day I called the owner because one of the replaced screens was already falling off. He came back within a week to make the repair, the repair was completed but the screen was not as tight as it should be. Fast forward to March 2018, it was noticed that there were bugs coming into the screened area, upon further and closer inspection, it was discovered that there were areas where the screen was lose and the bugs were getting in, it was also observed that the rubber used to secure the screens was hanging down. A call was made to the owner and he responded within a week to inspect, said it was an easy repair and never called back and has returned calls and its now been a month. I would like to not have to write a negative for a company, however, I have paid for work that was not completed correctly with no response at all.
