Stopped here after having gone skiing and it had a perfect Apres ski atmosphere. The inside gives the feel of a rustic lodge. The beer menu offers a variety of styles. I had a flight of beers and while I liked them all the peanut butter porter really stuck out. They have their own food menu, but the day I was there a food truck was also outside. I didn't get anything to eat though. If I'm in the area I would most definitely come back.

I am visiting family and friends and stopped by for a drink. Jenn was fantastic and made a lot of good drink suggestions! We had the pretzel to eat. It was nice and warm and tasted delicious! We also had the spinach pizza which was also really good. I lived the Adirondack feel of the place! This is a must go if you are in the area!

Normally, I wouldn't post a men's room pic, but thought it was really cool

This place took an inexplicable ~18 months to open, but was well worth the wait. Renovations completely transformed a run-down barn/garage into a tastefully decorated hang-out. Giant outdoor area w/ numerous fire pits too! Owners Eric & JerriAnne have done a amazing job, & are usually there to greet patrons. The homemade beers change frequently and Eric prides himself on continuous improvement & seeks feedback. It took a bit to get the IPA's right but they've happily dialed those in over the past 6 months. JerriAnne has a creative non-beer refreshment as well. Lastly, their giant soft pretzels are awesome, and have good variety of fresh baked pizzas, + other snack choices. Overall, this young establishment was exactly what Amsterdam/Broadalbin area needed!

What an amazing place to eat and drink. Building design and atmosphere was a perfect lake log cabin vibe that was clean. The lady tending the bar was fun, helpful and have great service. The beer was wonderful, even found one my mom liked! Pretzel was delicious. Will come here every time we're in town.

This time as I drove by, I had a friend and my dog riding along with me. Would they let us have dinner outside with my dog? I pulled up and walked into the restaurant to ask. Sure. We could sit at the high picnic tables near the front lawn. It was a nice, relaxing setting. Our server was Juliet, a very nice and helpful young woman. I ordered a Rustic Mule which was really a Moscow Mule and a Turkey Reuben with garlic mashed potatoes. My friend ordered a half pound burger with Dirty Fries. The food was delicious. We had a great time. I couldn't finish my meal. I ate half and took the rest home. Too bad. I was hoping to make it to dessert. The restaurant is famous for some sort of ice cream "flavor bomb," which I'll have to try next time. The dog, meanwhile, got a nibble of turkey from my sandwich and then sat down beside me. Juliet said the dog was so quiet she almost forgot the dog was there.

Service I guess was okay.. can't blame callouts on long wait time. Food was nothing special, very generic, burger I got was dry, cheese wasnt very good, if there was supposed to be sauce on it, nothing. Fries I've had better, coleslaw a small 4oz dixie cup. I guess the doodle of the donkey with a huge butt in the menu was funny, but otherwise I wasn't impressed with this place.
