The waitress (Zoeie) was excellent. What a happy, positive & professional young lady! Our burgers were fresh and delicious!!! So happy we discovered this place today.

This place was a great find on our way back from the Adirondacks. The service was excellent with a super sweet waitress and quick food. Plus the food was excellent. My haddock sandwich was cooked perfectly and fresh. The batter was light and crispy. My husband's drunken meatloaf was flavorful and moist. The dipping sauce with the spiced fries was tangy and great change from your typical fry sauce. We liked the outdoor seating even though the road traffic was a little loud. We would totally stop here again.

    Buy American?

The food was really pretty good but they had this weird proclamation on their tables. I think they can remove the "Buy American" from the list. See photo.

Rustic Loft is a quality bar and grill that offers a wide variety of pub snacks, sandwiches, salads, and dinners to meet the tastes of most everyone. You can always count on their robust portions and fair prices. You can bank on their consistent preparation of food--always hot and fresh. If you sit inside, you can enjoy the theming of a country barn loft, complete with wooden rafters and a fireplace. If you sit outside, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of traffic framed by a beautiful patio shaded with trees. In the evening, you can enjoy a draft by the fireplace. Overall, Rustic Loft is well worth a visit!

What a great find! First timers to this area and stumbled across this great place! Bread sticks are delish, fries are even better! Salads are fresh and delicious ! Buffalo wings were plump and tender with great sauces (we had buffalo hot). Cute inside, rustic as the name states and nice comfortable outdoor seating as well. Service was excellent as well!!!

She rolled her eyes and asked me what was wrong with it, I said it tastes bad and watered down even though my ice haven't melted, it was simply the drink itself and she goes I'll bring you one without ice then with attitude when u wasn't even done talking then goes complaining loudly to to another worker inside about it right in front of me for a solid 5 minutes. I clearly don't want the same bad drink, why would I want it again without ice? Then she comes out with the same drink and I said I didn't say I wanted a new drink of the same drink, she goes "then what do you want?" And I said I don't want anything, clearly annoyed by her terrible customer service & rudeness. Then she takes both cups and chucks it out in the container with more attitude and walks off. She ended up not removing the iced tea off the bill, when I clearly had her take it away after I did not enjoy it. For those of us that didn't ask for a drink, we weren't even provided water after being seated for 20+ minutes. This is an irregular occurrence from my experiences dining & working in hospitality for more than 8 years myself. Once customers are seated, you simply provide water without being asked. I asked for ice water for all of us & she came out with ice water for half of us. I understand the restaurant got busy and you have other tables to tend to, however, you should finish listening to our requests before walking off again. As for food, I enjoyed the bbq chicken Mac. It was a great dish overall & I would order it again. The calamari & fries were also good. Great view of the reservoir from outdoor patio.

Our server came over and we ordered a couple beers. Hubby enjoyed his Oktoberfest and I liked my go-to Guinness, both were perfectly cold and delicious. We decided to share 2 orders of boneless wings - hot and Italian honey garlic. These boneless wings were great! They really tasted homemade and fresh. The chicken was juicy, the breading was crispy. I loved the Italian honey garlic! It was super flavorful, definitely unique as far as wing sauces go. Hot was good as well, nice level of spice and flavor. Their blue cheese dressing was amazing! One of best I've ever had. The interior was nicer than I expected. TVs were mounted throughout. Perfect place for sports, beer and pub food!

There is a bar as well as booth seating but no direction or indication of waiting to be seated or seating yourself. I didn't want to go unnoticed so I sat at the bar. (Most of the tables are past the entry way and bar area). There was a family group, a few couples and a group of guys playing darts off to the side. I sat there for more than five minutes before I was even acknowledged. I know this because I could see the Guinness Countdown to St Patrick's Day (down to the second) from my seat. There were 3 girls behind the bar but one seemed to be doing most of the bar work. As I put on my jacket to leave, I finally had the attention of one of the girls so I decided to take my chances and stick with my dinner plan. She got me a menu and asked for my drink order. There weren't any hard ciders on tap but they did have canned Awestruck (local). I noticed the fried pickle appetizer and asked her about it. She told me they were spears and very popular. I decided to take her recommendation and ordered them, along with a Cooley's Handmade Burger with sautéed mushrooms and swiss cheese. My pickle fries came out first since they were an app and I can tell you two things about them...the portion was huge and they were absolutely the best I've ever had! Not long afterward, my burger arrived and that was really tasty as well. I opted to bring the rest of my pickles home and I can tell you that even the next day, with the help of the air fryer, they were still tasting great! I am so glad I stayed!

Nothing says autumn like a "Frozen Mango Breeze" while watching your breath fog up indoors. The soundtrack was off-brand Doors covers featuring an enthusiastic bongo player who was clearly paid by the beat. The volume fluctuated like the tavern's Wi-Fi signal -- one minute it was a whisper, the next it was like being trapped in a drum circle during a Jim Morrison séance. Inside the "non-smoking" bar, a delightful smoky haze drifted through the air thanks to the staff's decision to use the ashtray as a doorstop. It's like they wanted to recreate the authentic 1980s bowling alley experience. The single bathroom door doesn't lock, which adds a fun new twist to your visit -- the thrill of potentially making a new friend while washing your hands. After 25 minutes of waiting for our high-stakes order (boneless wings and a salad), our server cheerfully reported that it was "gettin' there." We decided our patience wasn't, so we paid for our drinks and told her our tip was gettin' there too. Five stars for unintentional comedy. One star for everything else.
