She showed us and let us sample a few of the different types of dates available, and even showed us how they grow and are picked from the palm trees. (They do offer tours that you can sign up for which we might have to go back for). Their property looks like a beautiful palm-filled oasis and is very worth visiting. We purchased 2 different types of dates that were both delicious and unique in their taste and texture. We will definitely go back and visit again soon. We went on a covered wagon pulled by two beautiful mules. The guides were so informative and we learned so much. Then back for great entertainment, country dancing then a wonderful bbq meal. It's timed so that when you get back from the ride the sun will be setting and you have a beautiful desert sunset photo opt or you can just enjoy God's glorious sky. I know several of the ladies will be bringing their families back to experience this.

Overall we really enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend using them. And we paid about $100 per person for a private morning tour. That's pretty good value IMO! The selection of different activities was very low but that was because we booked the busiest time of the season, and only about 3 weeks ahead of time. Booking process was very smooth. The only issue I had was they were unresponsive to any type of communication beforehand. After I booked online, I wrote them and email asking for confirmation, as well as called them and left a voicemail. I received no reply. I almost thought I might have been scammed! Thankfully that wasn't that case.

He took us to beautiful parts of the park that we would never have found on our own. We are in our late sixties and hike regularly. Ethan designed a route that was a good match for our abilities; some elevation gain, walking up and over granite faces and between boulders. He was there to provide help if we needed but was also willing to let us sort out our footing on our own. He regularly checked in to see how we were feeling about the route. As we walked, he gave us a lot of information about the geology, plants and history of the park and answered all of our questions. I wI'll definitely book another adventure with him on my next visit to the park.

He refunded us the difference. Our tour guide Tom was great. After entering the park, he played two songs from U2's Joshua Tree album to set the stage. He answered ALL of our questions, shared a lot of information about the area, the plants, cowboy stories and more. And his playlist for the ride back - inspired by the desert - was great.
