Erica is absolutely a joy to work with and probably one of the most competent and resourceful bank employees that I have dealt with for my banking needs. I grew up in a banking family and Erica is bar none my favourite banker that I have dealt with outside of my family. She gets you taken care of,usually by going the extra mile, quickly as well as exceptionally cheerfully. I so appreciate her competence, professionalism as well as her most enjoyable charm. The staff is very kind, warm, welcoming and helpful. Everyone we've talked to has been super nice, from the branch manager on down. Spencer, the banker, is very helpful and always follows through. I will surely miss her and this oh so convenient branch. It's always nice and clean inside, everyone is always so very pleasant and they even still give out the little suckers to the young'ns! Definitely bank here; and what's more: the ATMs inside of QuikTrip are mostly all UMB ATMs. That's a plus.
