I think this might be some of the very best Indian food in the Denver area. They used to only be for vegans, now they have all omnivore options available. Absolutely delicious.

Fast casual vibe inside. Everything was clean. You can order at the counter or take a menu to a booth. I brought a baby and they had one high chair in the back for him. The samosa was pretty good but not super flavorful. The curry had a good flavor but the chickpeas were not cooked enough so they were too crunchy for me. The naan was disappointing which was a bummer because naan is usually my favorite.

Sometimes, the places that really advertise as vegan are trying to push a message on you, or they're just playing to a captive audience with subpar product, but this place was all about the food. Ordering a chickpea and cabbage dish got me the hearty little black chickpeas that are different that the larger white ones you get in most American and European cuisines. Various whole spices were scattered throughout my dish, and the spice level which I asked to be high was eye-watering. A delicious dish, and while the rice seemed more than I needed given that I also ordered a fried bread, the spiciness of the chickpeas let me to use all of my (very fluffy) rice to dilute the heat. A cashew milk chai came unsweetened and had some good flavor, but I did add a small amount of the sugar they offered on the side. I wished I'd had room to try more. For being vegan, this was indulgent cuisine, and the sort of place that I wish was easier to find.

This place is so clean!! I met my friend here for lunch to check out this plant based Indian restaurant. There were many choices, all vegan, many gluten free options as well. They have appetizers and desserts as well. This is what I would call fast casual because you order at the counter, get your own utensils, drinks or water at a little self serve bar in between the two dining areas. I also ordered a chai tea which was unsweetened (yay!), and they prepared that for me. We tried two appetizers, the tofu Manchurian and the vegetable pakoras. Both were gluten free and both were delicious! I loved the sauce on the Manchurian dish. We had the tofu because my friend needed gluten free, but they also have this sauce with vegetables (not gf). I'm going to try it with the veggies next time! The pakoras were crispy and we had a mint chutney and a tamarind sauce that accompanied them....yum!!! We tried aloo gobi and cabbage Chana for our mains! We chose medium spice. The cabbage Chana was more spicy, but a very hearty dish. The aloo gobi was served as tender potatoes and cauliflower in spices and was a little more mild. We also had papadam (crackers) with our dish, and I would get those again. The restaurant is in a strip mall at Highlands Ranch Parkway and University across from the IHOP and next to Noodles. Service is excellent. Our cashier helped us to pick the dishes right for my friend's diet restrictions which was helpful. The dishes are labeled gluten free, but the cashew allergy she had made us ask about some things. Me? I could eat all of it! I'll be back!

If I could give this place infinite stars- I would!! My partner and I travelled to Denver, and this was a non-negotiable stop. Hands down the best indian food my partner and I have ever had! We've been vegan for a little over a year now- and had yet to find vegan Indian - which is our favorite food. The service was EXCELLENT and our food was amazing. I ordered the tikka masala with tofu and chickpeas along with regular naan. My partner ordered the vindaloo with potatos and chickpeas and garlic naan. We also split two orders of samosas! We will be moving to Boulder in a few months- and we already plan on a twice a month dinner date here!

Granted, we always order exactly the same dishes, so I can only speak to them. The key is their consistency. The flavors and always spot on and the exact same as the last time we indulged. Our go-to standards are Chicken Korma (hot), Saag Paneer (medium), Dal Fry (medium) and Garlic Naan. The Korma is always the perfect heat, not too hot, but enough to leave the heat lingering in your mouth. It's perfectly creamy, with a generous amount of chicken. The Saag Paneer always has the right combo of spinach, cream and cheese. It's making my mouth water, as I write this! The Dal Fry tastes like it has been cooking all day, with the perfect seasonings. It is the right consistency - not too watery and not too thick. All dishes come with a lightly seasoned rice. The Garlic Naan is always cooked perfectly, with the right amount of garlic and ghee. Absolutely the perfect vehicle to slide through all of the wonderful main dishes. We always order for pickup, but the restaurant seems very inviting and has an extensive bar area. I would post pics, but the photos that are already posted to the food justice for sure. Seriously, if you are craving excellent Indian food - give this spot a try, you will not regret it!

The service is a bit slow and its a more seat yourself and then they come to you with menus. So don't awkwardly stand there forever. The ambiance is super bright, and pretty mellow and quiet. My husband and I can never decide what to get so we opted for Chefs Tasting menu. Its $35 per person and everyone at the table has to participate. The soup was okay. It had a nice spicy kick. The kale chatt was interesting and crispy. Honestly I liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Urban Cauliflower had a great flavor, kinda mushy though, but still balancer out. The tandoori chicken was tender and honestly wish it was bigger. The shrimp coconut curry was my least favorite. Just not a good combo for me. Lentils were hearty and had a cumin flavor. Goat and Lamb curry were very similar I could barely pull it apart. The butter chicken was our favorite. Garlic Nann you could eat on its own, Onion Nann always great but needed a dipper. Overall I liked it, but it was pricey for something I didnt love. Great start but onto the next :)

I would highly recommend bringing cash for this place for an additional discount. Service was fast, the place was clean, and everyone we talked to was kind. Definitely a place you should come eat at instead of going to the food court.

The thing that I find strange is that they were selling mango lasso drinks kept in a cooler refrigerator display and some other items you can purchase.
