LoMein was really good! But the Chicken Mei Fun was bland and most of the noodles had no sauce. Chicken fried rice was very flavorful.

Walked in to a woman (employee) SCREAMING at a 5 year old as he's crying. Completely ignoring me for almost 5 minutes. Finally a cook pointed out that they had a customer. We have eaten from Great Wall in the past and the food was ok. Today they must be having an off day. The food, by far was the worse then I have ever eaten. EVERYTHING tasted like fried oil. the food had no other taste other then fried oil. We wound up throwing everything down the sink. Hope they get back on track. read more

Think I've now tried every Chinese place in the area. Great Wall is in the middle of the pack: fast, cheap, good portion size. Flavor was ok but quality of ingredients was solid (fresh veggies, non-stringy meat). Beef with scallions had exactly what it should have and was pretty satisfying. Would return again when I have a Chinese urge but I tend to gravitate towards nearby Vietnamese these days. read more

We went here because it had four stars. Staff is nice. I ordered steamed dumplings. Probably the worst I ever had. They were all chewy dough, and a very poor grade of dough at that (tasted like the Chinese equivalent of cheap frozen pizza), the beef satay was just OK. It was supposed to be hot and spicy. More like bland and boring. I even added their peppers in oil and it didn't help. Luckily, We always order pork lo mein as a back up when trying something new (in this case the beef satay) just in case we don't care for it. How can you mess up lo mein, right? How about no flavor and over cooked noodles. That's what I got. Noodles that were so over cooked, they broke as we were gently dishing them out of the container. Very disappointed. Ordered takeout here this past Wednesday night for the first time. We had the sesame chicken combo, general Tso's chicken combo, beef with broccoli combo, and an order of fried wontons. One thing I will say was that the portions were huge. Larger than your average place. None of us were able to finish the entire dish in one sitting. That being said, the quality was not there. All of our dishes were lacking in sauce. The sesame chicken was extremely dry. The rice didn't have much going on. Miniscule pieces of pork mixed in with rice. No other veggies present. The egg rolls were spot on. Very crispy and plenty of filling. The fried wontons were cooked perfectly, but the ratio of meat stuffing to the friend wonton was off, so you could barely taste any meat. I would probably not return. read more

Tried it when I was working in the same shopping center years ago and haven't found anywhere with better General Tso chicken!!! My husband and I split an order plus a small container of pork fried rice (it comes with one but he likes the PFR and I get white) last night and I had enough left for lunch today! It's hit or miss frankly. Last time I got take out there was late 2014 and my order of assorted appetizers was all BURNT, barely edible. You're probably okay with soup, lo mein, but stay away from anything deep fried. Something like orange chicken should be okay. The owners are friendly, nice, courteous, and the dining area also functions as a play/study room for their kids. I would still eat there occasionally if not for the nearby China Dragon restaurant. read more

The food took 1 1/2 hours to arrive, i work about 15 minutes away. was told after calling multiple times that the driver was right around the corner. The food arrived and was terrible, the wontons were cold and mushy, the singapore mei fun had a weird taste, almost chemical, and all the "meat" was very dry and hard. Very disappointing from a place that was best around for years. Oh, and they charged me for my chopsticks to eat my meal with, and no fortune cookies. Delicious!!! Being chinese myself, I can honestly say they have fantastic food. My wife and I haven't had anything that has not been good. Can't say that I would want seconds from many other chinese take out restaurants. Plus they have very friendly, very good customer service!! read more
