Food was very good. They delivered my food quickly, fresh, hot and NOT GREASY to my door.

We are generally happy. Been ordering here for years and the food is usually quite good, especially considering the area. It's basically American Chinese comfort food and that's what I want. If I want fancy Asian food I drive the necessary distance, but for a dinner treat on a weeknight this place is awesome. read more

the lady taking the order can't really speak very fluent English and a very difficult to understand and my order was wrong and when I asked for soy sauce she only provided three packets of soy sauce for a $40 food order. read more

Has been a couple years since we have ordered from this place and have to say it will be the last. Ordered General So's chicken which is supposed to be spicy and what I got was the most bland concoction and tasteless. When I returned it and told them that it lacked flavor they refused to refund my money, instead remaking the order which was just as bland. If you want Chinese walk next door to Kroger and get a can of La Choy which I assure you will be better or drive down the street to A Chinese Takeout. Sorry to say, this place leaves a lot to be desired. The food is just not that good! The decor of the interior is a dump and it took forever to cook a simple order of pork fried rice on a very slow week night. This location is good for me so I hope they get new ownership. I EAT THERE EVERY CHANCE I GET!!! I love their Sweet & Sour Chicken, i get it with Fried Rice instead of Steamed Rice. Ive been going there since they 1st opened & their always really nice to me. The woman owner even knows my voice (even if i dont call for 6 mo.) She is nice sometimes she comes off as rude but i think thats how she was raised thats how her people talk to each other... The sons that work there sometimes are rude 1/2 the time i think cuz their in high school & would rather be doing something else, i always call them out on it (they dont know me)!! I REALLY LIKE THE PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND IT & HAVE!! o yea also its pretty affordable(at least what i get) i can feed my family of 5 for less than $25 & that's virtually unheard of these days!!! read more

Always good when I go .always get Hunan chicken and instead of rice get the mei Fon Noodles and they never complain ,like all these other Chinese restraunts do, or charge me extra for it. read more

The food is decent. The service is inconsistent. Sometimes the food is ready within 10 minutes and sometimes it takes 40 minutes. Prices are consistent with other restaurants of the same caliber. But if you live locally and want Chinese food without having to drive 20-30 minutes you've only got one other option at the intersection of 28 & 48 and it's basically the same as this place. Remember folks, this isn't Han Dynasty in Manhattan. It's Great Wall in podunk Goshen. read more

This place has ok food..... But Mark the manager is not very nice. He told my elderly sister that our food was badly prepared because we didn't tip. I thought a tip was something you earned. The food is pretty good but I have to agree with some of the other reviewer's that the service is lacking. They aren't at all friendly and it is often very hard to understand the person taking the order. The restaurant itself is pretty dismal looking. I too would not eat inside and we usually get carry out. If there was something closer I would definitely go to the place that has friendlier service. It's a shame because most all of the other businesses in the area are friendly and reflect the community. There is a new restaurant opening a mile or two down the road so Great Wall had better get their act together or they may be hurting for business. read more

They have two boys....the younger is very nice...he is very welcoming and appreciative of your business...the elder is condescending and thinks he is better than anyone that enters that restaurant and talks down to anyone and everyone...his parents run that restaurant and work their butts off...just to let their spoiled rotten little brat run their customers off (as I quit patronizing their business) I would like to give them my business but I have decided that I will never be talked down to by their ungrateful, disrespectful, self absorbed son read more

I love the food here. I'm from out of state and always make sure to eat here when I'm in town. It's nothing fancy, but I don't think that's what they are going for! The people there are always friendly to me, quick, and the food is always freshly made to order. Out of everywhere I travel across the country, this is my favorite Chinese takeout place. read more

My go-to local Chinese restaurant. Portions and prices are quite fair. Yeah, the interior looks pretty sparse and chinzy, but the food is great in that way that only inexpensive Chinese food can be. If you call ahead for carry-out it's normally ready in 10-15 min. so just plan ahead. read more

We love this place. One dinner is almost three meals for me. Always hot and made to order. Occasionally the chicken is overcooked and a bit chewy. Mongolian chicken seems to have more onions than anything else. Either way, I like the crab rangoon, beef and broccoli and the kids love the sweet and sour chicken. Fried rice and lo-mein are always good. Reasonable prices for the size of the portions. Always good to support small business as well. read more

DO NOT EVER EAT HERE!! If I could give them zero stars I completely would!!! Yesterday I ordered Chicken Egg Foo Yung and Chicken Steamed Dumplings. Upon Delivery I was very excited to eat the food, when I take out everything the sauce that goes onto the egg foo yung was completely wrong!!! It was disgusting and spoiled and a green color when its suppose to be brown, dumplings smelled and looked disgusting, egg foo yung was burnt. Called to tell the restaurant this was not to my satisfaction and they persisted the food was good and said I couldn't get a refund. NEVER OFFERED TO RE-MAKE FOOD SAID NO FOOD GOOD AND HUNG UP. Following this my brother in law and I went up to the store to ask for a refund, NOT ONLY did they YELL at me and tell me food was good but refused to refund my money and continued to not offer to remake my food. The entire time I was there they were yelling at me telling me the food was good when in fact it tasted absolutely horrid. Not to mention during the time i'm standing there they were making calls to other people speaking in Chinese right in front of me. They proceeded to only give me HALF my money back (6.75) for the egg foo yung when the dumplings were disgusting & they kept my tip. When I asked for the money for the dumplings they said they wouldn't give it back because there were 2 missing, simply because myself and my brother in law tried a bite out of one and immediately threw them out. After arguing about this I asked if they wanted me to go get the 2 from my trash so I could get my money back and their response was "Food GOOD" .. uhh no. And after speaking with friends they have told me that they would've warned me not to go here and that they've had bad experiences as far as taste and service as well. I have never EVER EVER EVER experienced such horrible customer service and food IN MY LIFE. The food isn't bad for the price but I won't be returning here. I enjoy greasy, cheap take-out. And food-wise this fits the bill. But the service couldn't have been worse. I called and placed an order. No final prices, no name taken just a phone number and my order and I was hung up on. When I arrived to pick up my food I wasn't greeted just asked for my number rudely and forcefully. Then, rather than asking if I would like to pay or told that it would be a little while longer I was ignored entirely. Another man walked in while I was standing there waiting and he was taken care of immediately, as his food was ready. When my food was ready it was thrust at me with out so much as a word. Just a hand out for my card. The look of the place is also suspect. The signs have lights out or broken pieces. I would never consider eating at the tables. They do not look clean and there is clutter everywhere. It is a very unwelcoming place and I would rather drive an extra twenty minutes outside of town to the next Chinese restaurant than order from here again. read more

Customer service depends on who is taking your order. Food decent in a timely mannor. Not supet fast nor slow. Decor ran down inside.
