I made an appointment and Ashley, I apologize if I remember her name wrong, welcomed me. I'm handicapped and too short to get into my sister-in-law's truck as I forgot my portable step. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van.
