I made an appointment and Ashley, I apologize if I remember her name wrong, welcomed me. I'm handicapped and too short to get into my sister-in-law's truck as I forgot my portable step. Ashley brought out a tire rim they used for a step stool and it worked perfectly! She even let us take it with us so we could do errands while they did maintenance on the van. She called and gave me an update on the work and also called to let me know they were done. This shop is the best! They've helped my sister-in-law with two issues on her truck at the last minute and still got her in and diagnosed the problem.

Five Stars All the Way!…read more I just had the most amazing experience at Great Western Tire in Spearfish! From start to finish, they were courteous, professional, and truly went above and beyond. I came in for an oil change, expecting just the basics--but what I got was next-level service and care. Not only was the price more affordable than Walmart (which honestly shocked me after years of thinking Walmart was the cheapest), but the entire experience was smoother, friendlier, and far more thorough. Dakota V-Twin put it back together for us, fixed the noise it was originally torn down to find, and charged us one third of the dealer's quote even though their tech worked on it until 9:30 on Sunday night to finish it so my wife could ride the Black Hills!
