From sending the inquiry to booking to pick up to returning back home, the experience was amazing. They stay in constant communication with you to ensure they are meeting your service expectations. I highly recommend Next Destination for your transportation needs - no matter how big or small.

The credit was absolutely refused, given your lack of understanding and inability to resolve a simple issue within 20 minutes of phone time. Yikes! -- After 2 positive experiences, things unfortunately took a negative turn with Next Destination Transportation. The owner, admittedly, is underway in a busy season and sent zero text messages (as he has done in the past) to confirm a scheduled pick-up. Miscommunication on both ends perhaps and the terms and conditions are spelled out on the website but it seems he picks and chooses when he wants to follow them. In the spirit of fairness, the cars have been clean and the drivers have been professional...until now. What I won't do is stay on the phone for 20 minutes repeating myself. I simply encourage all of you to get confirmation by phone, email, AND text if you don't want your full payment to be a donation to the business. =)

There's some commission thing involved. Let me say that I did not expect as much travel time. Three to four hour bus rides were common on this trip, as was waking up at 6 to 7 AM to get on the bus. If you can't sleep in cars, you may not want to do one of these trips. We jammed 11 countries in 19 days. I wish we spent more time in some of the cities rather than bouncing after a day or two. In belgium, we literally only stayed in Brussels for 2 hours... It was a really good experience though. While it's on the expensive side as far as college organized tours, most of the places we stayed at were pretty nice (with the exception of Paris - you know they banked our money when booking that hotel). Traveling alone is also no problem, as a surprising number of travelers did not book with somebody else. If you're expecting some relaxing vacation, look elsewhere. This is a fast paced, lets-do-everything tour with a packed itinerary. Our tour guide, Jamie, was really good. A former pro volleyball player in Europe, he now is a teacher who does tours on summer vacations. He's completely professional and extremely fun at the same time. Overall? Pretty good experience, but if you have the chance to study abroad take that instead. Becoming "local status" in one city versus doing one-day touristy stuff appeals to me more. When booking a tour like this: -Watch out for # of people per room -See how many countries they are trying to go to -Check what the age range is for tour groups. Some prefer high schoolers.
