The parking lot is shared with the building tenants and there is plenty of open spots.

Everyone was polite ... even humorous. That might not be the case in five years when I have to renew my TSA Pre-Check, but my experience this time around was a great one. Funny story: I told a couple of folks at the office that I had a 3:40 p.m. appointment at this location and they warned me ... even told me that I should change my appointment to a nearby location. They said "You'll be waiting for an hour and a half," to which I responded "No I won't, because I'll bolt after 30 minutes and reschedule." On my way out the door of the office, they joked "Good luck!" I show up at this location and I hear a couple of people talking badly about the very location that my co-workers recommended. One of them said "I had to wait an hour, and the woman at the counter was rude." All of that to say that maybe these reviews truly make a difference in some cases. I contacted them Wednesday and they came out Thursday morning to hang the Tv. They were on time and very professional. I tried emailing my receipt to email on Dimbo avl website, no response. I was able to speak with Dennis and the email he gave me did not work. I've tried calling, texting, and leaving a messages with no response to any unfortunately. Update 5/11: Reached out once again and spoke with Dennis and he stated that "because he is the owner and the review is published he changed his mind and decides to no longer cover the cost of the TV mounting". Would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and choose a company that holds value to their word, your money, and their appointments.
