It took an electrician 20 minutes to figure out why the lights didn't work. They didn't work because the wires weren't attached to the switch inside the wall. I'm no electrician Brad, but the wires don't magically come off the switch in the middle of the night. "Garage doors worked when I was there". It was totally broken. There's another $6000 in repairs and replacement. The lint traps in the attic were so overfilled that another company said "this is one of the worst jobs that we have ever seen". Followed by "one spark and this place would have burned to the ground". Thanks for the guidance on that. I've reported him before to the state and he offered my money back to get off of the hook. I didn't take it. At this point it's not about money, it's principle. The company failed. And I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I kept asking about the quality of the material and was told the material is great. Driveway and berm were installed a year ago. Now I am having all kinds of problems with the work. The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.
