My husband and I have used Greeley Shuttle numerous times in the past 20 years; however, the last time I used their service will be the last time. When the driver arrived to our house she was incredibly rude and unfriendly. The first words out of her mouth were to tell me to "hurry up". I assumed she was angry about working Christmas Eve. I was traveling with a friend and we had two checked bags between us and we each had a carry on. One of our checked bags was a small 30" TV monitor wrapped in bubble wrap. While my husband was loading it into the van the driver confronted him about the package. She asked him if he had notified the owner about the package. My husband said, "no", because he didn't think there would be an issue since the package was the same dimensions, (width X length), as the other checked suitcase. The driver angrily said that she would notify the owner about the package, but never said that he couldn't put it in the van. She was visibly upset about the package, but I had no idea why it bothered her. She uttered, "fu@@king Mexican" under her breath even though I'm Native American. The driver said nothing to me during the drive to the airport. Once we arrived to the airport, I heard the driver talking to the owner about the TV. I told her that I was willing to pay extra if the package was a problem. She never responded one way or another. When I returned from my trip, my flight was late and I tried to call the shuttle to see if I could take the later shuttle. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact them, so I asked my husband to call them for me. He was told that my return shuttle trip was cancelled because I had a box and that I was rude to the driver. I was never notified that my trip was canceled, (I had been gone for more than three weeks), but after the shuttle had left the airport, I received notification that I was receiving a refund for part of my trip, but nothing for my friend's portion of the trip or for the $10 tip I had added to the fare when I booked online. They did not explain why I was issued a refund, or that I had been denied the opportunity to ride the shuttle. I tried calling to speak to the owner, but I noticed that they had blocked my phone number. I called them on my husband's phone and spoke to the manager. I explained to him what had happened and he promised to get back to me in a few days. He never returned my call. Apparently, the owner is unwilling to hear my side of the story. The shuttle left me and my friend stranded at the airport and kept money that should have been refunded. I tried filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but the business isn't listed with them. In my opinion, the business owner is dishonest and his business is completely unreliable. I guess since they have think they have no competition, they can treat their customers however they choose. In my case, they treated me with disrespect and demonstrated a complete lack of business ethics. Shame on Greeley Shuttle! Not only did they ban me, they banned any of my "affiliated parties". I'm not sure what that means, but those are the owner's words, not mine. That sounds a little delusional, in my opinion. Thankfully, there are other options for Greeley residents needing a ride to the airport. Thankfully, Uber or Lift is actually cheaper and more convenient if two or more people are traveling to the airport. Greeley shuttle is on their way out. They suck! read more

Was waiting at Denver Airport for my shuttle and had an hour to kill. Saw an elderly lady walking back and forth looking for Greeley Shuttle pickup at 11 AM so decided to help her by calling Greeley Shuttle office. Tried multiple times and waited 16 minutes each time before kicked into their voicemail. It's hot day and hope this elderly lady is picked up soon before dehydration sets in. She is lugging two suitcases as well. It's a shame cannot get a live person to respond. read more

I gave them 2 stars because they provided reliable transportation for me for years back and forth to the airport. However potential customers should be aware that mask wearing is optional and the driver is usually maskless. When I called to ask about this I was told it's their policy to let the driver choose for himself. Unfortunately I will be renting a car from now on. read more

I travel to Greeley two or three times each year to visit my grandparents, and to make their lives easier, I always use SuperShuttle to get back and forth. This time around, time was short and I needed to get to Greeley as early as possible. SuperShuttle's multiple stops and transfers add a lot of time into each trip, and so I wanted to give Greeley Shuttle a try. I called to check the schedule and the receptionist told me that their shuttles left the airport at 7:00am and 9:00am. Without me asking, she volunteered that if my flight (scheduled to arrive at 7:05) was on time, they would hold the 7:00am shuttle for me. Wow, I was excited. That would never happen with SuperShuttle, and I was thrilled to be able to add hours onto my short visit. Fast forward two weeks to today-my flight arrived blessedly on time. I run through Terminal C, race to the train between terminals and out to Island 5 by 7:15 (which may be a record for DIA, can someone check that for me?), and of course...no van. Great. I call...not only has the 7:00 left already, they have no record of my reservation anywhere. Seriously? Now look. I do the shuttle thing a lot. I NEVER expect a shuttle to wait for me. But when it's promised, and then not only not followed through on, but no reservation made for me at all, that's really really frustrating. Of course, I was offered a spot on the 9:00am shuttle, but I am rebooking with SuperShuttle, who will get me there before the 9:00 could, even with the transfers. Also, I have to go back and find the charge on my credit card to get a refund because they just don't have me in their system. Guess that's what I'll do with all my extra time sitting in the airport. I always try to support local businesses when I can, and the idea of not having to worry about transfers to get to Greeley sounds amazing, but in the future I'll stick with the competition, who have never lost my credit card and haven't ever made promises they don't deliver on. read more

Really appreciate that this service is available. While I didn't have the opportunity to actually ride with them, making a reservation was easy and when I needed to cancel, they handled it professionally. Refund processed promptly. I hate to post any negative feed back but am truly disappointed the gal answering phones was not willing to ask upper management to see if any drivers were available for an early evening (5pm) pick up at Denver Airport. My son plays football for UNC, his girlfriend was flying in this afternoon and I hate the idea of her sitting and waiting hours for him to finish practice, shower and drive an hour and 20 minutes to get her tonight. I offered to pay a full roundtrip fair (only needed a oneway shuttle this time)... she suggested Uber, Lyft or a taxi. Never heard of someone turning down business in these crazy times. Three horrible experiences in a row after years of good service. 1. Past summer the shuttle from DIA to Greeley arrived 30 minutes late. 2. Next, when flying into DIA in Dec., I called the main office to ensure our 5PM shuttle would not leave without us and we were told the driver was waiting for us. We collected our bags and were at the pickup location by 5:05. The driver had already left without checking in with the main office (I was told that this is their protocol). After standing in 34 degree weather for 20 minutes, I called the main office again, and THIS TIME they said the shuttle had left and that the next shuttle wouldn't be until 7PM. For a lower cost than the shuttle we took Uber, which was there immediately and it was a comfortable ride. 3. When returning to DIA, the shuttle arrived on time but took 90 minutes to get to the airport! Our earlier Uber ride took 45 minutes and cost less. Instead of taking the most direct route, our driver wound through the slowest, roughest country roads possible. While we made our flight on time, it took an extra 45 minutes to reach the airport. This is the last time I ever use this service. I don't care if I have to walk from now on. read more

Don't get me wrong, ...on my way over it's great. I'm there on time, they're there on time and all is great with the universe. Fast forward to when I need to go home, I am out there 20 minutes before departure time and I wait for 30 minutes before I start to panic. I call, the driver has left me but because they don't have me on file. I am panicked because we are an hour out from the airport. They assure me a driver is nearby. He arrives and proceeds to lecture me, accusing me of missing the shuttle. The company calls to let him know I'm going to be refunded a bit and all he can say is "whatever ". I have not spoken to this man the whole trip. I'm not sure why he chooses to be so rude to me but I'm never taking this shuttle again. I felt unsafe and personally attacked. Plus, they have no official complaint procedure so I'll choose to post here instead. read more

I called to schedule rides to and from DIA for my mom. I gave them the info and payment and asked to have a confirmation e-mailed to me. The next day, after not receiving an e-mail, I called to confirm the pickup time and asked to have a confirmation e-mail sent again. I never received an e-mail, but they called her later that day to confirm a definite pickup time instead of the window that was originally given. Everything seemed fine. Until it was time for her to be picked up at DIA the next week at 9:00 PM. The van never showed. She was at the pickup location early and waited there until I was able to get there to pick her up. She was at the pick-up spot for over 2 hours without seeing the van. There was no one to call because the only phone number they offer is their office number and it was after office hours. She had the drivers number that dropped her off, but that was the early morning driver who was presumably sleeping as they did not answer. When I called the next day, I was told that she was the only passenger for that pickup and that the driver made several rounds looking for her. I don't know how they couldn't find her since she was right where they instructed her to be for such a long time, unless the van was never there. They couldn't reach her because they had her phone number wrong, which would have been caught if they had ever sent the confirmation e-mail that I had twice requested. I had already had a round trip scheduled to and from DIA for myself, that I promptly cancelled. Even on their confirmation e-mail for my itinerary at a later date, there was no phone number listed for me to call except the one office number. Traveler Beware: there is NO AFTER HOURS CONTACT INFO. You could be left stranded too. read more

On time, excellent service. We did wait 5-10 minutes for a couple that called to say they were running a bit late, which was fine with all of us. (If you are running late please call the shuttle so they know. The people who are sitting on the shuttle expect to leave at a certain time. Everyone feels better and is willing to wait a reasonable time when they know a person is on the way.) The driver was extremely nice and polite, and our travel time was better than expected, especially since the shuttle delivers to the door. I recommend! read more

Shuttle arrived 30 minutes before scheduled time. I said I would not be ready but could rush and be ready in 15 mins, they said they had to go to Evans (less than 5 minutes from me) claimed this was "across town". They did NOT call me back. After repeated calls they answered and yelled at me they couldn't drive to Evans and pick me up at my scheduled time (completely absurd). I missed a Dr appointment and paid 250 for a flight change, I should sue them but instead I'll tell the truth on every social media site so no one gets taken advantage of again. Don't use shade tree mom and pop businesses which will leave you high and dry and ignore you rather than tell you they aren't coming. Use supper shuttle not this idiotic family. There is no excuse for horrible customer service "local" or not. read more

First time using the company so I was a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. No need to be...service was great. Exactly on time for both pick-ups, driver was very courteous and personable. Will definitely use them on my next trip from DIA to Greeley. read more
